When I arrived at Omnibus I was greeted with open arms and I felt the staffs excitement for my wedding day. They took one look at me and said I have the perfect gown for you. Well they pulled out this dazzling silky gown completely beaded and fit like a glove. I was in love and knew I came to the right place. I purchased the dress at that moment they started the process for some areas that needed a little tightening. I then came back a few weeks later and picked up my gown. EVERYONE LOVED THIS DRESS and it looked FABULOUS in photos. I went back in another time with my mother to find her the most perfect mother of the bride gown. My mother was treated as if she was their own mother and they took the time to make sure she was comfortable in the gown and felt beautiful as she is. (She does not wear dresses ever) They did a fantastic job on the alterations and even made her a shawl with leftover material to make her even more happy. The last time I was here I felt I was overcharged. I thought maybe though I just didn't know my crystals well enough. This past weekend we went and bought 5 stones. Again, I felt like we were very much overcharged but too meek to say anything at check out. I asked a coworker who has a stone/crystal business objectively what they would sell what we bought for. They said $35 for everything. We paid $152 and change. I am so disappointed to know that this new owner is taking advantage of people. We will never shop here again. She showed us many of the metaphysical crystals, singing bowls, rudraksha beads & lots of other trinkets to many to name in her quaint energy filled shop. She also told us about her second location in Babylon which I will visit soon. The energy, conversation & laughter that we had with her & her friend who came after had left an impression on us. They offer classes for reiki & sound healing & everything was authentic.
