The line was long here, but moved very quickly. The cashiers were very professional and patient with us. We needed one more item to reach $75 to use the tanger app perks and also wanted to pay using 2 different cards. The cashier was an absolute angel! She didn't rush us and didn't seem annoyed at all. I didn't expect to like Gap so much, but the service that we received was excellent. Recommend it?: Yes!

At that time i had not received any of my order to my home. It had been over 2 weeks. My daughter went to pick up a different order and was handed some of the order that i thought was all going to my home. Thank goodness my daughter had got help form Jewel so when i had called the store to try to get inform Jewel remember who we were and told me to come in and she will go over everything with me and make shore it was all takin care of. If it was not for Jewel I would have canceled a $350 order and would have not keep buying more. She is such a good saleswoman she got me for another $200 in store since I was having a hard time on the website. Since Hot Topic is changing over systems. Not only does she know her customs she goes out of her way to make shore everything was taking care of. Hot Topic really should reach out to Jewel and tell her that they know she is doing an amazing job. It was a hot day and I said to my daughter "she let everyone else stand near the door..." in which the salesgirl or manager muttered something under her breath and then walked over to whisper to the girl at the cash register. We finally went into the store. My younger daughter (11 years old) was looking around. We finally purchased some items... at the counter the girl who rang us up was curt with us as well. When we exited the store my younger daughter told me that one of the employees (female) had looked at her and said "who F****d up these t-shirts?" Wow!!!!!! horrible and to a child. It's bad enough to stand in lines and try to social distance to then be treated like total crap when you enter a store. Never again. Will contact corporate as well!
