There was only one other customer in the store who left before I did. The saleswoman stayed behind her register the entire time I was there. I was interested in a trying on a blouse but I was completely put off so I left. I returned at 7:43PM to purchase the blouse but the doors were locked. I knocked twice, gestured toward my watch and the saleswoman shook her head and mouthed the word "closed" from behind her register. She wouldn't even come to the door! I check the store's hours online before I went shopping which said the store closed at 8PM. Therefore, I was surprised at the premature locked doors and total disregard for their customers. I love Johnny Was clothing and I'm a good customer so in my opinion, this behavior was very unexpected and extremely unprofessional. I wouldn't think that it's corporate policy to close stores before closing time, especially when there's a customer who came back to make a purchase 17 minutes before closing time! Johnny Was... you've got to try harder than this!!
