I realized that the manager is a little hostile with the girls that work for the store and that could be the reason for the constant staffing change. I was extremely uncomfortable when i witnessed the manager speaking Poorly of some of the staff to another worker and in front of the customers. That is not acceptable in my work place so I'm not sure how it flies in your business.
