This store was pretty empty when we came in on Black Friday but slowly started to fill up while we were there. For Black Friday, they were very well organized and not messy at all. Shoes were in their places. Shoes could be found where they were suppose to be. Although, I wasn't able to find a pair that I wanted in my size, a staff member (Jonathan) offered to check neighboring stores for me to see if they had my size and they could also ship it to me directly if I wanted. While this was not necessary, because it just meant I found an even better pair of shoes that was more of a fit for me, it was appreciated that he had mentioned the offer to me. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. And this store seems to be one of the ones that offers more choices when it comes to styles than the other ones I've visited throughout the weekend.

He didn't give me a hard time about letting my son play on the sample beds and he was very appreciative that I thought to take my son's shoes off while he was playing on the sample beds. By far the worst Target on Long Island! Ever since they got rid of the self checkouts, shopping…read morehere has become an absolute nightmare. They never seem to have enough employees working the registers, and the checkout lines are consistently ridiculously long. If you're going to eliminate self checkout, you need to make sure you have enough cashiers to accommodate your customers. The management at this location should be ashamed of themselves. This is an ongoing issue, yet absolutely nothing seems to be done to improve the situation. I genuinely feel bad for the cashiers who do show up and work because they are clearly overworked and understaffed. They are doing their best to keep up with the overwhelming lines, and it is completely unfair that they are put in this position because of poor management and staffing decisions. The employees should not have to deal with frustrated customers because management refuses to properly staff the store. It's ridiculous that customers have to waste so much time waiting in line just to purchase a few items. I would genuinely rather drive 20 minutes out of my way to shop at literally any other Target on Long Island than deal with this location. Something seriously needs to change!
