I needed new sneakers while visiting my parents for the holidays and they recommended Incredible Feets. The customer service was excellent. I am used to the Sports Authority shoe buying experience, and this is much more personal. Someone helps you, suggests shoes, checks the fit, etc. The woman who helped me even told me to come back if I had a coupon (theirs or a competitor) and they would give me a price adjustment. I went back today with a $5 coupon and they refunded my card. Awesome! I would definitely recommend this store and will come back in the future. read more

I am always very pleased with the friendly staff and service. Today I was exceptionally happy with Heidi the manager. I needed to return a pair of unworn shoes that I no longer had the box for or the receipt as I thought my daughter was going to wear them. I needed no explanation. Good store WHEN they have what you want in stock. Last 4 and I swear 4 times I came in with myself or my son we had to pick out at least 5 different sneakers until they had what we want d in stock. I honestly feel they are pulling the bait and switch. "Yes we have those 49.99 sneakers that are on sale in stock" 3 minutes later "no we don't but maybe you'll like these. They are 89.99 or I can call another store" Sorry not driving to Oceanside for sneakers. Get better stock or ya lost me. read more

I have to say that this store is "incredible" as the name states. The staff is more then knowledgable and professional. They went over and beyond to help me with exchanging running sneakers. Jordan and Heidi went out of their way to make sure I was ready to run my next race and perfectly fit me for a pair of sneakers. I'll never shop anywhere else! THANKS GUYS!!! Went to this store today since I didn't feel like driving to the mall to get a pair of sneakers for my daughter. I must say, I was impressed with my shopping experience. We had a nice young man (Andrew M) who was professional, helpful, and very likable. I told him my daughter has a bit of a wide foot and made great recommendations for her. He measured her foot and insured a proper fit. The store manager even came over and checked as well. Great selection of shoes, socks, there was even a sale on North Face jackets! Young staff very energetic and helpful. This is consistent with all other positive reviews. I've been going here for the past three years, and I finally got angry enough to write a review. The store's problem is this...the display racks are absolutely loaded with shoes, and there are sale items sprinkled throughout the racks. Good luck finding a sale item in your size! The clerks go in the back and come back with shoes in the right size, but not the sale items. Ye' old bait and switch! I went there this week, and a new staff member must not have gotten the bait and switch memo because lo and behold he actually came out with the shoe we wanted (sale item). When we got to the register we were rung up at full price. When I pointed out the sale price the store manager said that was a mistake, sorry, but pay the full price. I have a family of six, and they are not the only game in town. They beat me for $10, but they can do the math, and figure out the future lost business for a family of 6. read more
