I've also known the owner for years - she is a kind, respectable person who truly cares about her customers. However, over the past year or two, I've noticed a decline in customer service. There are a few sales associates whose approach often makes shopping uncomfortable. They seem eager to help younger women or those who fit the mold of a certain aesthetic, but if you don't, the experience changes. Instead of showing flattering pieces that could accentuate your positives, they tend to pull oversized items - with more of an appeasing "let's cover you up" attitude rather than talking to you positively about what could look good on you. Even when I share my preferences and typical size, I'm often presented with clothing that feels mismatched to what I've expressed I like. At this point, it feels less like a mistake and more like inexperience or a lack of understanding of how to style different body types. Additionally, hiring only sales staff who look and act "trendy" misses the mark when it comes to connecting with the broader demographic of women who should be embraced and celebrated as valued customers. It's too bad, because the clothes themselves are cute - but the experience has become so unpleasant that I will be taking this place off my list of places to shop.

Their clothes were adorable, lots of cozy options, sweatpants, sweatshirts, and then clothes you'd wear for a night out. I'm not a big boutique shopper but I'd definitely come back here and go to town on some of their camo prints, the sweat I loved were $40, which may sound astronomical but again, this is a boutique store and they were so nice and soft. THEN the finally straw was when they pulled away the clothes rack so it wasn't near me. I sent my coworker there a few mins later to test them out, and they did the same to her.
