My mom was planning to buy me and herself a pair of sunglasses- they don't have a fitting room yet they are comete mask nazis when you are trying on sunglasses. How on earth are you supposed to know how you look in their sunglasses if you have to wear a mask when trying them on? Not once did either associate ask us how they could help us, but several times nagged my mom to stop pulling her mask down (for literally a second) so she could see how she looked. We were treated like we were bums off the street. I cannot believe the attitude we experienced in this "high end" store. They lost our business. My advice to this brighton shop- stop acting snooty. My clothes are left on the counter for me to fold and I'm left there waiting for my receipt. I had to ask the other teen girl at next register who had an attitude to please give me my receipt. Then when it was time to checkout there was some sort of male shift lead who was dead staring and insisted on helping out in my entire checkout process. They have recently converted to completely self checkout, which I prefer. But what I didn't prefer was him coming up behind me and filling in his own answer for the survey portion. Fudging the stores numbers and making me very uneasy. I have a background in retail management and this wouldn't go over well if I had seen any of my employees doing this... Nothing too crazy but definitely something I'd suggest upper management keeps an eye on. Employees filling out CUSTOMER service surveys and not understanding personal space.

Started working at a hospital in the nursing department so I needed to buy some scubs! I walked…read morein and was greeted by friendly staff, who were very helpful on the floor when I had questions. The prices were reasonable, and they also offer 20% off your purchase when you trade in your gently worn scrubs. The cost of buying multiple sets of uniforms at once can be steep so saving that 20% really helps! They don't have s huge shoe collection for clinical staff but they have some accessories for badges and some other odds and ends. This is mainly for uniforms- they have everything color coded, so it's easy to find what you are looking for. I'll definitely refer my employees and friends here.
