She spent about a half hour helping to find one that would be perfect. Very few stores offer this kind of personal service anymore. It was a lovely experience and I will definitely return.

I placed my order and when I went to checkout, the discount did not show up. When I went to the details of the 25% discount, it did not show any restrictions for certain items. When I called customer service, they asked me for one of the items I was purchasing and she said the discount did not apply to any tank tops. When I explained to her that the discount details did not say anything about tank tops or bathing suits, or other items being excluded from this sale, she said it doesn't show on the website, I would only know if I called their customer service line. What??!! That's crazy. This is false advertising and I just wanted to make certain anyone placing an order that some of the items you are purchasing does not fall under the parameters of the discount. Do not allow Old Navy to fool you into thinking you are getting a discount when, in fact, you are not getting it!! I'm very angry right now and will not be shopping at Old Navy again.
