Upon…read morewalking into the busy store I was met with fashion forward styles, accessories, and handbags from wall to wall. I was greeted promptly by a sales associate who offered her assistance and wasn't overly persistent. I let her know I was just browsing for a gift and walked by her to continue my search. She must have smelled a waft from my cologne, proceeded to instantly guess the exact brand, and then complimented me in front of the entire store on how much she liked it! I couldn't believe it. I picked out what I was going to purchase for a gift, asked a few more product questions, got great answers, and checked out at the front register. What a pleasant experience!! Can't wait to return, refer this place to my friends before holiday season, and see what cool trends this boutique brings in as Winter rolls around. Check this place out.

Huge thank you to Candy's for making my son's experience a memorable one and in the best way…read morepossible. My six year old came to me just before Mother's Day and expressed his desire to get mom a gift. Wanting him to take ownership over the experience rather than me just buying whatever i suggested we go shopping together and he asked could we make it a jewelry store. The great reviews lead us to Candy's on a quiet rainy afternoon. The only ones in the store he was made to feel like a king, asking all sorts of questions as kids his age do and wanting to more or less see everything. Candy was beyond patient and helpful, letting him see the pieces in the price range I'd mentioned and put them side by side so he could make his choice. In the end he picked out the necklace he like best and was thrilled that we walked out with it giftwrapped, bagged and ready to go for mommy. She of course loved it because it came from him and he now has a memory he'll always treasure. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back.

The worst experience at this specific location! The cashier was very nice and apologetic but the…read moremanager was obnoxious. I had a shoe that I wanted to exchange (color and size) and she said I couldn't although I said that was DSW policy online. She said I was asking for a price match when they were the same price. She said she would not do it unless I could find it online. I told her I found it from Google AI (even though it pulled it direct from the website) and she said "well... that's why." with the most awful attitude. Then, my boyfriend went back in and asked about the price matching since we found the policy on their website. Since I had a coupon for $10 off, she wouldn't apply it to the exchange. My boyfriend said that since it's a new member account open, couldn't he just open an account and get the coupon there. She said "I'm not doing that here. You can do that at home." This was a TERRIBLE experience that I never really had with a worker before. Don't recommend coming here.
