You can drop off your clothes and show your driver's license and they will text you when they are done "buying." When you return, you can see what they chose to by and how much they would pay. At that point you can accept or deny it. They do give you a coupon to promote shopping at same day which is appreciated. I do understand as they need to make some profit on the items however I wish I was given more. If you are in the area, you can give it a try but I wouldn't make an extra trip here. There are a few sales associates whose approach often makes shopping uncomfortable. They seem eager to help younger women or those who fit the mold of a certain aesthetic, but if you don't, the experience changes. Instead of showing flattering pieces that could accentuate your positives, they tend to pull oversized items - with more of an appeasing "let's cover you up" attitude rather than talking to you positively about what could look good on you. Even when I share my preferences and typical size, I'm often presented with clothing that feels mismatched to what I've expressed I like. At this point, it feels less like a mistake and more like inexperience or a lack of understanding of how to style different body types. Additionally, hiring only sales staff who look and act "trendy" misses the mark when it comes to connecting with the broader demographic of women who should be embraced and celebrated as valued customers. The shop is well-stocked and the sales associates were very attentive to my needs and questions. I went in for a specific tennis bag which they didn't have (because the manufactures don't make them anymore) but they gave me another great suggestion. I had several groomsmen coming from out of state. I thought this was the easiest way to not have anything mixed up. I was pushed and up sold towards a more expensive tux. Fine they work on commission I get it. The wedding was in January, so the fittings were going to be in December. This is apparently their busy season. I had a groomsman drive over an hour to the store on a Saturday, only to be told that they wont do tux fittings on the weekends. The following day I went there with my ring bearer who I can only get on the weekends. Before asking who I was they tried to turn me away. When they realized I was the groom their tune changed quite a bit. I told him my disappointment about him turning my groomsman away and I was told again that they don't do fittings on the weekends during the holiday season because they want to MAKE MONEY. This was the assistant store manger! I told him that he was making money off of me since i had 10 Tux's being rented. His comment cost the store at least another $750 dollars in hats, gloves, socks, etc. which would have been part of the wedding party gift package. I would have stopped using them then and there if it wasn't so close to the wedding. I was made to feel like an unworthy customer. As well as all of this, I was also given a hard time about my accessory choices fighting me on what I wanted because they didn't match his idea of a traditional wedding attire. There were also the usual issues with things not fitting right and having to reorder. I do not recommend this store.
