The clothes look cheap and bad quality, the jewelry looks plastic, and the employees have a sour puss on their face and are not friendly at all. If I were to be treated this way in the Channel store or Newman Marcus, I would not be offended, but I don't see why these employees acted like they were guarding the Louvre in Paris. I would not have purchased anything in that store even if they paid me to take it. Everyone should take their money elsewhere!

Walking inside is a high end, boutique menswear. Mitchells sells high end suits, high end jeans and high sweaters as well as ties, vests and other menswear accessories. I bought a tie here last year, it was an impluse expense since I rarely wear ties. I came in recently on a week night looking for sales.They had none. Nothing!? Not even summer stuff? It's come to the point, 15 years ago I would have been jazzed with this store. Now? There is Century 21, Bloomingdales Outlet, Nordstroms Rack, are you seeing where I'm going with this? I bought a pair of AG white summer jeans on line, they're being sold here at a full on retail price. They have brands like Vince, the same brand at the Outlets. The staff was so patient though and spent a ton of time with me making sure that I was able to try on a million different shoes, make sure it was the right size, style etc. They have a really great selection too and are very knowledgeable as I also have over-pronation. I usually buy everything online but with shoes I really wanted that personal service to make sure that they fit and that I liked them. This way I can save myself from spending a million dollars online and then have to return all these shoes, and then probably forget to return half of them. You know how that goes... I'm so glad that this store is local and I was able to go in. They were also extremely accommodating one time when I had to make a return, as they stand by their products and service and ensured that I was able to switch into something else that I was comfortable with.
