They have a nice selection of clothing - I'm a fan of the "Freeloader" brand, very comfy cozy oversized shirts perfect for the fall/winter weather. The girls working here are always very friendly, and they offer fun promotions. Recently, they had a "find the emoji ghost" during Halloween and I scored a free winter beanie hat! Yay! I'm a fan of the Spring Madness when they open their doors at 6am for great deals, and a midnight madness sale I think in December... but shhh, don't want too many people to know this secret! :) They also have cute little items for gift giving, jewelry, etc. If you're in a town that has an Ooh, you need to pop in and pick up something for yourself. Tis better to receive than to give...oops, I mean...well, you need a present for shopping for everyone else, right? And Ooh probably has it.

I stopped in to browse , the SA was friendly and I got the feeling there were items of low to high price points. It seemed the SAs were putting together outfits for the customers, which is what I would expect in a boutique, and why I would pay full price for items there. When I did finally go in to shop, I brought my adult daughter . We were going on a trip to Spain. I really didn't feel I was getting the attention that I needed. The SA was really focused on my daughter, who is a beautiful young woman with a great figure. But, by focused, I mean she just kept throwing clothes into her fitting room , not even asking what she liked or how it fit .My daughter picked out two very expensive sweaters, and the pants the SA recommended were just as expensive ( and you could find them at the mall). So no complete outfit, just 2 really $$$ cotton sweaters. Good quality, and items you would only find in a boutique, you won't see these brands on sale in a department store. But I felt the SAs were really concentrating on regular customers, who they know. I didn't get that boutique experience I wanted, for myself or my daughter. We wont be back, I don't feel the frustrating experience and disappointing outcome were worth the REALLY expensive price tag .

The entire time I shop at anthropology, not only one sales associate, but several seems to surround me and small Conversation what if we made it even difficult for me to pick my items and look through selections I felt very uncomfortable and disgusted. I hope this is not the policy of this company, and lI definitely will be reaching out to corporate and I hope that they come down and re-engineer the customer service practice at the store location . It was very obvious and offensive or that I was made to feel like a thief or someone that was unwanted in the store. You should be ashamed and I don't think that I will be spending my money there and I've definitely spread the word to have no one none of my friends and family or anyone else that I know to spend their money there. Unfortunately I continue through with my purchase and left the store. I did this review after sitting in the parking lot feeling terrible not knowing what else to do but I definitely plan to return that item and continue to make corporate aware of the policy in that store and how that how that manager store manager runs that location.
