If you were to see how much the Christmas stuff cost without it being 50% off.... Forget about it. They'd probably be closed down before quarter four of 2027 if that was the case, they just find out a good price for it to make a profit, then they double it but take 50% off so you feel like you're getting a great deal. You're not getting a deal at all you're getting the regular price. I've never been to a worst retail store in my life. And no one appreciates having beliefs shoved in their face. Not to mention the CEO and his son's are legitimate criminals, they smuggled religious artifacts out of Iraq and were forced to pay $3 million, very very big deal. It even went to the Supreme Court. You would think this green family and their holier than now attitude wouldn't be stealing extremely rare religious material, and then double down and lie, saying they paid for it or made some other kind of deal. Lastly, the charities they heavily donate to our extreme, right wing conservative, in fact, some are so extreme they even plan anti LGBTQ rallies, and they're really bad eggs will make it a habit to go "gay bashing". They provided top tier customer service and customer interaction/ engagement. Although this outlet store didn't have the boots for men or women, they did have other styles at a really good price and discounts up to 30 percent on certain styles. I came in today to find a replacement pair of Freamon style UGGs ( see lady picture) but they don't carry that style. I didn't see any other styles that I like but it was good to know what they do and do not have. This was an exciting shopping experience, one that made me happy too. Expire more, Yelp more!

If you come here during busy season, be sure to plan to wait to get inside as this store is small and they often have a line outside to limit the amount of people in the store. They mentioned that this is required as they cannot exceed the maximum capacity set by the fire marshal. Nonetheless I waited outside for at most ten minutes and wasn't on line for too long. Considering it was hectic and many people were there doing returns the entire process took 20-25 minutes. The service here was standard and I didn't stay to look at any new shoes as I don't personally like Uggs anymore as the quality of the shoes has declined significantly over the years. If you like this style of boot there are other alternatives such as Ugg since 1974, but I know people really like this brand.

I ended up not going with tile here as the dye lots were all different and it made me very nervous. I did, however, buy their line of LVP, NuCore in Gunstock oak and I cannot wait for my contractor to put it in my laundry floor and eventually my basement. Seems to have a strong living system and is so beautiful. My warning if you are to get tile is to inspect all before you bring home. Just seeing the variance of the shades in the dye lots scared me enough to not move forward with the tile. LVP isn't so bad as wood naturally has different shades and it's meant to look that way. 4 stars for excellent customer service and clean store. Also, I am excited to use my LVP Pro tip: go on their website and use their AI tool before going to the store. We did that the second time around and it wasn't as overwhelming. The prices here are really excellent compared to other tile places but I think due to the dye lot differences. LVP seemed like a great value
