Really great company…read more I ordered an Expensive bed frame, made and shipped from China I was told it would be 8weeks about. Well it took longer, when I rang someone picked up and helped me. One call I made ended up with the assistant checking with the bed company and informing me it was now in the USA. from there it was simple. They use a set of companies across the USA to deliver, ours was white glove service. two guy arrived, unpacked and assembled. Great service, all also saved around $1000 So very pleased indeed. Great work guys if You are reading this. Thank you!

Within 6 months, I had the order delivered to my house, and it is in absolutely pristine condition. The table was less expensive at Bejamin's than Horchow's, the service better, and they actually delivered! So very happy.

They reimbursed me for the extra yard of fabric I purchased to cover a chair, but they did not reimburse me for the uncharge on the pillows. I spoke to the manager in person twice, and both times he said he would call me that day. Two times now I have not received a call nor the reimbursement for the fabric uncharge. Therefore, the rating goes from a 5 to a 2. Service after the sale didn't happen.

Overall a positive review of Bohemia's At Home location…read more At Home is a spacious store with so much to "window shop", as I roll around on the scooters they provide at the entrance. I usually go in the late afternoon/early evening when it's nice and quiet, so it feels like a personal shopping experience (I have Aspergers, so this is wonderful!). I especially admire their unique Samhain (Halloween) décor around this time of year! If you're goth you know how hard finding spooky pieces that don't "scream Happy Halloween!!" (no pun intended) is to find, and enjoy all year long in your home. At Home should be on your list of places to find cool stuff. As for their other items, they have a nice selection. The departments in the store are neatly organised, well planned out, it's hard to not know where you are in this store. Some of their larger furniture pieces are nice, they look sturdy, and they have a good selection of styles to choose from. I purchased a gamer chair to use as a desk chair a month ago, free delivery for signing up to their newsletter, and it's still holding up very well! Was $200, not including tax. It was within my budget. Also purchased some cool gothic battery operated candles from them last year, they still work perfectly as well! The staff are friendly, the place is kept nice and clean, and the bathrooms are kept up well. Despite the overall positive things I have to rave about, there are a few downsides. Almost every time I've been here the scooter has died on me in the middle of my shopping. I use the scooter because I have chronic breathing problem that puts me at a risk of choking and passing out with physical exertion. The scooter tends to die on me in under 40 minutes. This applies to all 3 of them. I can walk, but not for a long time, and much slower than most people's normal pace. The scooters need to be charged for much longer than they currently are. Second complaint. While the quantity of products is impressive, the prices are not. Those gothic candles I mentioned earlier were $25. They are a set of three of black waxed LED pillar candles, three different heights, with detailed silver wax spiders on them, and the abdomen of the spiders have a red plastic diamond crystal on them. Very beautiful, but not worth that price, considering they don't come with a remote. Also, I purchased one of those cup holder tissue tubes-$5 for the tube with 50 or so (single ply) tissues! Far from the end of the world, but what a rip off!! A nice store to shop in, great products, but a on the pricey side for sure. I recommend, but budget a bit more money.

A couple of issues we encountered were 1) late delivery, which could be partially excused by a bad snow storm. However there was no phone call to tell of us of the delay. We only found out the day before the expected delivery date when we called to inquire about time of delivery. 2) When the table came in there was a missing piece which then caused an additional few week delay. 3) David (?) who I believe is the owner flies off the handle very quickly. We were able to manage him by being courteous but his ability to quickly go on the offensive is very off putting. I believe if you can deal with such a personality you will be happy with the final product as we are to date. But I also believe there are plenty of places to buy such products and understand that you may want to spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere.

I searched and found some things, and landed on the Ashley Furniture Darcy sofa. Most places online had it for $500+ and locally for about $600 after taxes. I searched CL and saw DP advertisement for $399. I decided to drive there one evening and the manager even stayed open later for my arrival since it was 45 min drive away and I usually work late. When there I saw a lady had purchased furniture for her whole home from this place. This gave me confidence as well as the manager seemed like a great guy. After seeing all the had to offer and that the deal was legit, I decided to put half down on the sofa and recliner combo. He even decreased the delivery charge. All in all, I am very happy. I paid $798 after taxes and delivery+ set up fee. The delivery men were professional and even took off my door into the apartment in order to fit the sofa in the apartment. And they put it back on as well. They took about 10 minutes to put on the sofa legs and I paid them and gave them a tip as well. The only downside was that I had to wait a few weeks for the gray color, but I saw that it was backordered on many websites/places... so it is hard to knock that against DP. If you are looking for furniture, please check this place out.

I had a very good shopping experience with Mark at Beds N More…read more He was very straight forward but accommodating at the same time. He sold my wife and me very nice furniture for my in-laws new apartment for a very reasonable price. We paid only $799 for a 5-Piece Bedroom Set, and another $650 for a Sectional Sofa with Ottoman with Storage compartment! Then he only charged $150 for Delivery for all that stuff!* I could have not done better at IKEA (which is where I had planned on going that afternoon). I am so glad that my wife suggested that we check him out. The furniture did not have to be put together with screws and bolts and the such. And it was easily built in a short time frame by the guys who who delivered the stuff (who were also great). The delivery went very smooth as I had hoped. But best of all, they were clean, polite, and very personable, and they didn't even charge me extra money for going up one flight (since my elevator was down as it was being replaced with a new one). In response, I tipped them a $100 without even blinking an eye. When my in-laws arrived from Russia, and walked into their new apartment, they could have not been happier. They walked into their new bedroom to a nice full bedroom set, with a nice sectional sofa in the living room to complement their new home, their new 48" TV, and everything else that we purchased for them. Everything worked out so nicely for my family. We will remember Mark's service, the great deal that we got, and our shopping experience from the beginning to the end for years to come. I have told many of my friends about Mark, and I will refer my real estate customers to him at every given opportunity. I am confident that he will not disappoint them.
