02/12 Walking in side of the UGG Outlet, I found the staff to be very kind and pleasant. Willing to answer questions and providing directions on certain product. They provided top tier customer service and customer interaction/ engagement. Although this outlet store didn't have the boots for men or women, they did have other styles at a really good price and discounts up to 30 percent on certain styles. I came in today to find a replacement pair of Freamon style UGGs ( see lady picture) but they don't carry that style. I didn't see any other styles that I like but it was good to know what they do and do not have. This was an exciting shopping experience, one that made me happy too. I recently came to this location to do a return for my partner after they did their holiday shopping. If you come here during busy season, be sure to plan to wait to get inside as this store is small and they often have a line outside to limit the amount of people in the store. They mentioned that this is required as they cannot exceed the maximum capacity set by the fire marshal. Nonetheless I waited outside for at most ten minutes and wasn't on line for too long. Considering it was hectic and many people were there doing returns the entire process took 20-25 minutes. The service here was standard and I didn't stay to look at any new shoes as I don't personally like Uggs anymore as the quality of the shoes has declined significantly over the years. If you like this style of boot there are other alternatives such as Ugg since 1974, but I know people really like this brand. read more

This morning I went to the UGG Outlet in Deer Park, NY. The male sales associate was very selective with whom he provided descent service to and who he blatantly refused to acknowledge. Needless to say that I didn't spend one cent there nor will I be returning. read more

Terrible experience at this Ugg location in tanger outlets deer park! sales associate Stepahnie is unprofessional and very snarky with her responses ! Refused to return slippers that were just bought on 4/4/24 for my son who is 12 , my mother bought them and gave them to him on 4/7/24. we have the receipt , they are a bit snug and he is a growing boy and these aren't cheap so wanted to exchange for the bigger size so he has them for at least a few months before out growing . slippers were NOT worn other than in the house to try them on once he received them which is when we felt maybe he could use the size up. she insisted they wear worn i explained to her they were worn in the house only for max an hour , meanwhile the sales associate told my mother to size down when she purchased them which is not accurate when it comes to UGGS in my experience! Short story even shorter: nice selection/sales, OK service. My mom and I stopped in to pick my brother up a pair of UGG slippers for Easter (shh) and knew exactly which ones we wanted for him. When we got there, we realized we weren't 100% sure on his size, so we tried calling him. In the time frame of this happening we were asked about 4 times if we needed anything, but I felt like they genuinely were hoping we would say "no, we're good thanks," which thankfully we did. It was about 11:00AM, but it seemed like the girls needed themselves a nice cup of coffee. There was one woman who was a delight - we had to leave and come back after my brother called us back (yea he knows he's getting slippers), and she was talking to my mom about these cute rain boots. I love UGG's like I'm crazy in love with them! Okay I know that sounds extreme and all but there so comfy. I enjoy coming to this outlet store and why not? UGG's at a discounted price why the hell not. I love to get a great deal. Tried on a few cute things that I decided I must have. The girl that was helping me went and looked for my size since they weren't on the floor. While I waited I did find something else that caught my eye of a must need in my size and color that I preferred. To my disappointment the shoes I really really did want were not in the store in my size but another store did have them and they could ship to me. I was fine with that and went to the register to do the paperwork and pay for my other pair of shoes. I decided I would go with the option of buying a gift card with the amount for my shoes so when the other store that was shipping them to me I could pay with the gift card and not have to give them my credit card information over the phone. This of course became a problem since there registers started to freeze every time they swiped the gift card so you stand there for 10mins waiting for it to be fixed and try again and still doesn't work. Ok I give up just have them call me for payment and I was in a hurry at the point with somewhere to be. All in all there customer service store in another state called me about 30mins after I left the store and completed my order and sent me an email confirmation of my order with free shipping!!!!! If I could give 0 stars to start my review, I would. Bought a pair of uggs for my niece. Came home to realize they gave me both left feet boots. This was a gift and they screwed up. Now I'm calling them to have them ship the right foot boot to me. They want me to travel back 50 miles to first give the left boot back (as if a person can use just 1 boot). I asked them if they can send a shipping label along with the right foot boot so I can ship it back, but they just don't wanna help. ALSO THEY DID THIS BECAUSE THEY WERE OUT OF STOCK ON THAT SIZE SO PROBABLY SOMEONE ELSE ENDED UP WITH 2 RIGHT FEET. RIDICULOUS! read more

They always have good deals on UGGs especially during the summer since not so many people buy until winter but I'm smart so I notice a good deal and happened to buy this winners UGGs in September lol. Very friendly workers and they allow you to help yourself if you choose. You can try on any boots or size without needing any help. read more
