We're smack in the middle of holiday season so it wasn't surprising to see a rather long line. To my delight, they had 5 employees each working a register so in true Five Below fashion, the light moved super fast. You really can't the deals here. I'm not surprised to see that their company stock has been rebounding fast. I mean, who doesn't love nifty products at great prices?!

Setting up the installation appointment was a breeze. The installation window was from 1-3pm and the installer came out right on time, literally right at 1pm. The apartment has never had fios before and installation looked a little tricky, given the amount of insulation between the walls and odd angles from the outside. David was able to find solution after solution and had my 300mbps internet up and running super smoothly in under two hours. He was friendly, down to earth, knowledgeable and super professional. I'm excited to finally have internet again without having to duck into coffee shops all the time or relying on my phone's spotty hotspot. #teamFios

They wouldn't even look for the repair ticket in their computer system unless we had the specific date of the transaction which sounds like the most outdated computer system on the planet. You should have seen the look on my 12-year-old son's face when he realized that he wasn't ever going to be getting that phone for Christmas. So now I am out $170 and I have to figure out how to get him another phone. What a waste. And I love the fact that I was told that they can't help because the warranty is 15 days. The warranty being 15 days is a piece of paper with words on it. Anyone is allowed to be helpful if they so choose.

Anyway this was my second AT&T store visit. At this store they helped change my phone plan from a plan on my own to joining a family plan with my sister. We dealt with Patritcia or Tricia she was really helpful, very nice and patient with us. We also had another guy but I don't know his name step in and help us. He helped me find a phone case because I was being a little bit of a Karen and not sure what phone case I needed for my phone. I wasn't being a nasty Karen just a clueless Karen. They also let my son do running jumps onto they're couch. I don't know how the other reviews are so negative I had a good experience at this store and my family did as well.

This is the exact qualifying symptom under Google's 3-year Extended screen display Repair Program. The policy clearly states the free screen replacement is only voided if the display is cracked, the cover glass is damaged, or there is liquid intrusion. My phone was fully functional with zero issues, no glass damage, and had none of the damage specified by Google. Despite this, the staff took my phone to the back and claimed "minor display screen dings and scratches" not visible to the human eye, to deny the free repair--the exact same scripted excuse they gave another customer with a perfect Samsung phone standing right next to me.They systematically deny valid manufacturer warranties just to trick you into paying out-of-pocket fees. I walked out, contacted Google, and they recommended the next closest store so I went there 3 days later to the Garden City uBreakiFix location instead.They fixed my phone under warranty for FREE in under 2 hours with zero hassle--no questions asked or advance warnings given. Just examined the phone and proceeded with repairs. I would never recommend uBreakiFix Bethpage to family & friends. Hopefully they change their tactics and become honest in their dealings. It was a waste of time and a wasted trip; I should have looked up their reviews first.
