The manager hid in the back like a coward and made the counter person tell me that they aren't accepting the warranty because of these deep scratches in the screen but otherwise the warranty would have been covered because they don't think Google would accept it. No one ever called me. No updates, no communication--nothing. Every single step of the way, I had to chase them down for answers. This place wasted an entire month of my time, and for what? Nothing. I could have gone somewhere else and had my laptop fixed weeks ago. Instead, I got lied to, strung along, and ignored. This is hands down one of the most unprofessional, unreliable, and downright shady businesses I've ever dealt with. I cracked my new iPhone 8 screen a month after I purchased it. This was the first time I ever had a…read morecracked iPhone screen. The phone still worked so I figured I could get away with it but upon further reading I learned that this could damage the phone even more. As a result I called around to the local four and five star rated iPhone screen repair shops. Many were priced quite high, did not have a white frame in stock, or required an appointment and then a 45 minute to 1 hour wait. Fortunately I found E-Tech. The woman who answered the phone was friendly and professional. She told me that I did not need an appointment, they have the white frame in stock, and their price was much more reasonable than the competitors. Additionally, my wait was much shorter than the other companies. When I came to pick up my repaired screen I was impressed by how beautiful it looked (again). They also gave me a complementary tempered glass screen protector. (free with Yelp Check In) They also informed me that the screen had a warranty should there be anything problematic with it. I am glad I found E-Tech. I hope nothing ever happens to my phone again but if it does I will come back here

He didn't even get the phone working and told my fiancé to call boost himself to be able to make phone calls. I decided to call cooperate and they said this is not the usual policy. The girl on the phone asked her supervisor about this and it turns out franchises can charge as they please. I would suggest calling before coming here for anything. He immediately was able to give me a quote for someone that has the part and would be able to fix it, but after taking to Jack, we concluded that the phone wasn't worth fixing. I really appreciate the honesty that Jack provided. Since he had already claimed my Groupon, he said he will make sure I get a refund, and I did. He runs a very honest and friendly business. I know from now on, if I need anything phone related, I'm definitely coming here! He is a man of his words and you will feel safe coming here if you're a tech-tard like me!
