I came to this T-Mobile location to grab my T-Mobile Tuesday perk, which was a very nice tumbler! When I walked in, every associate was busy helping other customers. However, one associate who was on the phone still took the time to ask if I was there for the special tumbler. When I said yes, another associate came out from the back, greeted me and the other two people waiting, and quickly handed out our perks. Decided to change companies again, As I had just gotten Sprint and the service was totally awful. I saw a commercial for T-Mobile special deal 3 lines unlimited data for 140.00, Which worked out to be half of what I was paying. Went into my nearest store which was in Hicksville on broadway. I had a really nice sales gal, Her name was Nicole. She went over everything and was so nice and friendly. So far the service is great , And have had no issues at all. read more

Their reviews say it all! Save yourselves from RUDE "customer service," where they threaten to call the cops claiming you threw a credit card at them since you mentioned their lack of knowledge and incompetence. Told them to run the tapes since that's a lie and they refuse haha!!! ...Ofc bc it didn't happen. First they send you the wrong phone with no storage, then proceed to gaslight you as to why its data isn't transferring, and this finding occurs after 1.5 hours of trying to get some attention at an empty store. Don't get me started with them telling me they have a bathroom but "NOT FOR THE PUBLIC." They treat customers like dirt and they blame you and threaten you for showing passion in ill treatment. As a business owner myself, I am SHOCKED how their facility is still up and running with such incompetent and deceptive individuals managing and running the place. I had to send back my old phone for a promo credit and i was told in levittown that i could do it at any location.I came to hicksvile and the employee helping me was interogating me... 1)why didnt you do it at the store you picked up at 2)there are no tmobiles near your house? 3)You work weekends? I was told since i wiped my phone and the old sim was in my new phone i couldnt get her a pin she needed. Went to the one near my apt and they helped me thoroughly. read more

Wow what a big rip off waste of my time. They talked my husband into switching from Verizon then sold us 2 iPhones and one flip phone. From day one one of the iPhone's did not work right...went back to the store, guy working there had a serious attitude problem. Said he could do nothing to help with out the actual piece paper receipt ...I came to store with box including unused not removed from box accessories plus the bag etc ...husband lost paper receipt HELLO t mobile welcome to 2014 wait it's 2015 well other stores Including apple target and Walmart a swipe of your card and they know you bought the items. The T-Mobile in Hicksville was the absolute worst customer service ever. I do not recommend that any one get their phone fixed or bought here. I went there after my phone suddenly broke and the girl that worked there did not even spend more than 5 seconds to check my phone, she simply blamed it on the battery. After I asked if she could please check it more thoroughly, she gave me attitude and said why should I have to do that I told you what the problem is. I went to another t-mobile store and found out it was not the battery. Horrible service, I will not ever go back to that store again. read more

This store could have one of the worse customer service. I went to this store a week prior 9/15/16. To trade in my iPhone 5 for a iPhone 7. I spoke to two different employees who gave me the run around and stated that the system was down and come the next day after the third time the system magically was working and I was able to trade in my iPhone 5 and pay the different and pre order the iPhone 7. When I received my first billing cycle they told me since I had traded in my iPhone 5 on the 15th of September and not prior I would either have to pay the full price of the cellphone or change my billing plan. When I traded in my phone they never told me anything about changing my plan or paying full price on the iPhone 7. They told me I would only pay 10.90 a month which they lied. Then I spoke with an online manager who told me to go back to the store and speak with the district manager who would handle this issue and that he would give me the deal I was promised. I went back to the store on 11/16/16 and guess what. The district manager wasn't there and was given more of a runaround. Jose the sales man said he would email the store manager and district manager and would get in touch with me on Friday. That never happened. This will be the last time i buy a cellphone from that store. Never again. Disappointed that after being a long time customer they would treat myself or anyone like this. read more
