So when we're living in a culture where you're expected to tip the barista for pulling the soda out of the fridge, this was above and beyond. I'm a customer for life here and you should be too. I asked for proof or photos, but he just talked in circles, using a bunch of technical words to confuse me. It felt like he was making up issues just to raise the price. He said, "I already opened it up, so I have to charge you either way," and then mentioned a new fee--conveniently just under $100. I ended up paying more than double what he originally quoted, and my computer still wasn't fully working when I picked it up. It honestly felt like a scam.
