Spoke to Mac in business center who guaranteed me overnight shipping. Never received it. 2 days later I called again. Lady said overnight shipping. I got my phone 3 days later. I finally got my iPhone and Mo was amazing in setting it up for me. Couple days "msg failure". Came back to the Verizon store and was told by Frank that the towers may be down and some customers are having the same issues. Ok. No worries. Frank was pleasant and friendly. Will came back in a couple days. 3 days later same issues. Mo was there again. Yeah. He called Verizon business center to make sure everything got resolved. The lady wasn't polite at all. Thanks to Mo he made sure I didn't leave without the issues getting resolved. Over an hour later. Problem fixed. Basically Verizon business center was original set up my iPhone in all the wrong ways.
