The reason for two stars instead of one is because the customer service representative Edrian was very nice. He took all the information and also had my information so I knew he was aware of my account invoice. Just as requested a email came verifying the invoice was paid. I may unsubscribe from emails. They want you to download the app and set up recurring payments. I sure hope I don't need anymore medical equipment of any kind!! If I do I'll have to use whatever company NYU Langone uses. They purchased the walker for me when I was hospitalized.

They actually help you look for an item and if they not sure what aisle that item is or even if they not sure they have the item in stock. They do whatever it takes to find it and find you in the store to let you know the status of the item you are looking for. The Pharmacy is staff is awesome as well. Never rude or disrespectful, Always polite. Medication is always ready within a reasonable timeframe. The drive Thur Pharmacy always moving fast never a long wait.
