Knowing this I called AGAIN at noon to remind them and was told the pharmacist still didn't buy my name was 'on the board'. I told them my husband would pick it up at 5:30 to give them ample time to do it. He came and guess what. It wasn't there. I wish this was a one off occurrence but it's on a monthly basis. You can tell just from his placement of the photos, posters, and the receipts that he is very organized. Comparing his workstation and level of focus to those I've seen at other stores, it's night and day. I often print poster boards for work and utilize different Walgreens locations to do so, about twice every month. Knowing that this location has my back, I will definitely now feel way more comfortable have prints sent here again in the very near future.

After speaking with the owner Mike this morning, the situation has been sorted out. He treated both my father and I respectfully, explained why and what happened, and rectified the issue. Thanks Mike! Not sure what's going on over there tonight. I was a customer for over 9 years. I received my prescription and it was short by 6. I was with my father and noticed the box was not sealed before we left the parking lot. We immediately went back in to explain and was not only belittled but yelled at about how we were at fault, somehow trying to get over on them by receiving 6 extra, and that I had only been a client for a year? As if that was somehow applicable to the short prescription issue. Like I said, I've been going to Town Drug for almost a decade with little issue and even have proof of this through old prescriptions. Yet, instead of trying to fix the situation amicably, the pharmacist became belligerent and dismissive. The owner Mike has rectified the situation.

I couldn't get them on the phone so I had to drive there. Sit in the drive-through and ask the girl questions who was on the phone who would ask the pharmacist for the answer who sounded like they didn't really want to be bothered answering the questions. Not only did they have the wrong prescription. They had the wrong doctor listed as prescriber, it's a shame these conglomerates take over and treat us like crap!!!!!!! the only person that works in the CVS who is a five star employee is Victor.
