As predicted based on most of my experiences there it was not 'signed off' by the pharmacist. Knowing this I called AGAIN at noon to remind them and was told the pharmacist still didn't buy my name was 'on the board'. I told them my husband would pick it up at 5:30 to give them ample time to do it. He came and guess what. It wasn't there. I wish this was a one off occurrence but it's on a monthly basis. I plan to switch pharmacies even though it's so convenient. It's not worth it

After speaking with the owner Mike this morning, the situation has been sorted out. He treated both my father and I respectfully, explained why and what happened, and rectified the issue. Thanks Mike! Not sure what's going on over there tonight. I was a customer for over 9 years. I received my prescription and it was short by 6. I was with my father and noticed the box was not sealed before we left the parking lot. We immediately went back in to explain and was not only belittled but yelled at about how we were at fault, somehow trying to get over on them by receiving 6 extra, and that I had only been a client for a year? As if that was somehow applicable to the short prescription issue. Like I said, I've been going to Town Drug for almost a decade with little issue and even have proof of this through old prescriptions. Yet, instead of trying to fix the situation amicably, the pharmacist became belligerent and dismissive. The owner Mike has rectified the situation.
