Awful pharmacy! I was going to call Walgreens Corporate, but I doubt I would get any help. There is a form on the website, but you can't do it anonymously. The past few months have been awful! You call, you are one hold for 20 minutes! And when you get there, the phone is quiet! Are the phones broken? You get there, I don't understand their accents! And you can forget about customer service! We call our doctor, and they say the prescription was put in 4 times! My mom ran out of her necessary medication! This is unacceptable! read more

I have four prescriptions every time I try to renew one or all there is a problem, every time. Either it's sent to a different store or they email me its ready and I get there and nobody knows about it and I have to go back so I'm not going back anymore. Love the staff at this location. Very helpful in all departments. The store is always clean and well kept. The pharmacy staff always answers any questions I have about medication etc. I have gotten my flu shot here multiple times as well. My grandma has also gotten her first covid shit at this location as well. Walgreens is always my go-to pharmacy and convenience store and I'm glad my local location is great! read more

Stood there for 15 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me then I had to wait another 15 minutes for someone to come give me the shot.. in which she did not do nicely. Pharmacy and general grocery items. Like CVS and Rite Aid, the Walgreens stores are a long way from what they started as: Pharmacies. These days they are all more or less geared towards food and knick-knack items. This Walgreens stands out however due to the odd but super friendly (and maybe a tad creepy) dude who works there practically every night. This young dude is always smiling, ready with a greeting and always cleaning something and is what every business should have for a customer service experience. The store itself is nothing more or less than what you would expect and there are some decent sale items as well. The store is brightly lit and you can generally find what you are looking for. Filthy bathrooms, now undergoing a six month renovation. They have a big sign that says "Eat Well" over the frozen food case which contains frozen pizza and White Castle hamburgers. Pharmacy staff is slower than a snail going uphill. Prices always scan wrong IN THEIR FAVOR, UNTIL YOU BRING IT TO THEIR ATTENTION and then they play dumb. They have almost a Zero Payroll because they do not believe in hiring anyone. This is the worst Walgreens and THEY ALL PRETTY MUCH SUCK ON A NATIONWIDE BASIS. read more

After waiting unsuccessfully for updates from Walgreens about the vaccination, I got in contact with CVS today and set up an appointment.

Terrible service and the pharmacy dept. lied to me, my doctor and the prior pharmacist. Even a pharmacy tech with no license, represented herself as a Pharmacist which is illegal in NYS. I cannot trust them. My physician changed the pharmacist immediately and it was filled an hour later with a competitor pharmacy. Same rules, same laws, just they did not lie to the doctor, the prior pharmacist nor the patient customer- The pharmacy should be ashamed of themselves. I will be filing a complaint immediately so this do not happen to others. They are not professional and need to be retrained and/or terminated. read more

Employees and managers don't really care about their customers. When picking up photo prints I had ordered online, the manager informed me that another employee had accidentally printed my order twice. She said if I wanted the extra set I could pay for them otherwise she would throw them out. I don't know why she couldn't have offered me the extra set for free since the alternative would have been to throw them out anyway. This is my go-to convenience store and the pharmacy I've used for years. It was a shame that the manager could not have been kind and just given me the extra set instead of throwing them out right in front of me. read more

This is my local Walgreens- what do I love about this place? Convenience! If I need something in a pinch, most likely they have it. There is also a nice cosmetics department, with a lot to choose from. (I have a slight nail polish obsession.) The store is clean and well kept and the staff are pretty friendly, but it depends on the time of day. read more
