I made a complaint with the 800 Walgreens number. The whole situation was weird as I was told my order processed through the Hicksville store who said they had no records in their system of the order even though it was showing out for delivery. Both stores told me they could not look up my order by the order number. I want to know if the Islandia store has a manager named Moses? He needs to be fired since he doesn't know the procedures for online deliveries.

There was no line on the other side, yet I still waited. Eventually, a young woman approached and asked if I needed help. I told her I would like to speak with the pharmacist. When the pharmacist came over, her facial expression alone made me feel as though I had done something wrong. Her demeanor and lack of customer service were disappointing. I asked if she could recommend something for my 14-year-old who was experiencing flu-like symptoms, and all she said was "Tylenol." She did not ask a single follow-up question about his symptoms, nor did she direct me to the appropriate aisle. I'm glad I didn't rely on her advice because I went to another aisle myself and found something more appropriate for his symptoms. My point is this: when working with the public whether as a cashier or a pharmacist professionalism is essential. You chose this career, knowing it involves interacting with customers. Whatever kind of day you're having should not interfere with the quality of service you provide.

My husband and I have used the pharmacy for many years and have always had a pleasant experience. Staff is friendly, thorough and professional. Previously received vaccinations and Covid testing. Pleased to report all went smoothly. I appreciate the abundance of sales, coupons and reward points. The CVS APP is so convenient and easy to use. I order all my photo prints on the APP and they are ready within an hour! What compelled me to write this review was to recognize and commend a cashier/ sales associate named Christine. My face lights up when I walk in and she is behind the counter. Christine is an absolute delight! Friendly, welcoming, professional, helpful, knowledgeable and 100% on the ball. Multiple times I have witness her multi tasking with ease when staff is short. Christine is a valuable asset to CVS. My husband and I appreciate her so much! We will continue to be loyal customers!
