There was no line on the other side, yet I still waited. Eventually, a young woman approached and asked if I needed help. I told her I would like to speak with the pharmacist. When the pharmacist came over, her facial expression alone made me feel as though I had done something wrong. Her demeanor and lack of customer service were disappointing. I asked if she could recommend something for my 14-year-old who was experiencing flu-like symptoms, and all she said was "Tylenol." She did not ask a single follow-up question about his symptoms, nor did she direct me to the appropriate aisle. I'm glad I didn't rely on her advice because I went to another aisle myself and found something more appropriate for his symptoms. My point is this: when working with the public whether as a cashier or a pharmacist professionalism is essential. You chose this career, knowing it involves interacting with customers. Whatever kind of day you're having should not interfere with the quality of service you provide.

I asked them what was the problem with my insurance they responded that they would check into it , so what were they doing for 6 weeks. It finally took 8 weeks to get my equipment. I then was informed that I would be notified in 3 months to reorder my supplies well that never happened at this time called them back they said it my responsibility to order my supplies the first time I was never informed of this before I had to order my supplies. Now it's time to reorder they notified me and I made my order it's now over a month and I still haven't received my shipment, I call them and explained to them my situation they kept me on hold for almost 10 minutes they finally got to me and said they have to check further into my problem and that they will call me back within 1 hour well that never happened.
