They accused me of stealing. False accusations are still a recurring issue for customers…read more The convenience isn't worth dealing with their paranoia. Save yourself from the headache. Don't go.

I live in this town my whole life myself, my husband, my children, all shop at this 7-Eleven every…read moreday. But what I witnessed this morning was one of the most disrespectful and disgusting displays of customer service in employee's I have ever witnessed. A lady who works for me came in to purchase my husband's lotto then she was going to purchase a few things she needed. After she used the ATM machine she played his numbers. While she was trying to pay for the lotto, the employee with the glasses started accusing her of stealing. She did not steal or take anything she had grabbed a couple air fresheners before she played lotto but she realized she didn't have enough so she put them back. She told the employee that was so rude and nasty with her. She emptied her pockets and still he kept accusing her. He had her lotto and her money so she stood there being accused of stealing being spoken to like she was trash and being embarrassed in front of other customers. She told them u have cameras look at them I didn't steal anything. She wasn't able to leave until a woman came from the back office and told her employee to let me go. No apologies no nothing. We have a stone and Manson company and my family will never ever step foot in this 7-Eleven again and neither will our customers as of now any of our customers will get $250.00 off any job, purchase, and an email will go out to all my contractors, clients, anyone we do bissness with and trust me you just lost a lot of customers. She is one of the most honest employees we have ever had. From what I just heard this wasn't the first time this 7-Eleven has treated customer's like this. Just spoke to a lady that a month ago her son and his girlfriend was accused of stealing something when they didn't. What is wrong with this store and it's employee's and their disgusting and disrespectful way they treat people good honest hardworking people.

I went into 7-11 on lakeland ave. In Bohemia tonight. I went in my front pocket to get my wallet…read morewhere my debt card was. I also had a $10 bill in my pocket, while I was paying one Of the creepy workers was walking up from the aisle and walked over to wehere I was paying at the counter and bent down and picked something up off the floor. So , I said feeling creeped out that he was bending down behind me, did you just pick up something that fell out of my wallet? And he responded rudely" why what did you drop and I said I'm not sure what did you just pick up. No reply. As I finished my transaction and left the store, I put my hand in my front pocket and realized ahh ha I dropped that10 dollar bill, and rush back in, the piece of shit that picked up the 10 dollars said to me after I said "I dropped $ 10 dollars@" he was like how do I know that I did, could you image( this guy is always there so it must be his franchise along with 15 other family members, I said give me my money , he was like I have to check the cameras, I insisted and told him how would I know you have 10 dollars in your hand since you cup it in your hand so it couldn't be seen? He's like how can I believe you. Could you imagine that this piece of shit is going to pocket. Money from a customer that dropped it on the floor. And he was rude as could be and had an attitude as if he was right and it was his. He gave me the 10 dollars and is lucky he did. You get what you give to the universe!! And he will get his. So, if he's doing that to a customer ( I've been there 100's of times it's very close to my home) I could only imagine what else he is doing to all his customers. Fortunately , we have choices where we chose to spend our money, and I would give mine money to that thief. My recommendation is go else where I would trust anything coming out of that 7-11. To the dirt bag.. karma always catches you
