Even when they have the items on hand, they take their sweet time filling prescriptions that can be done in minutes. But today takes the cake. I picked up a RX for 30 pills and actually counted them when I got home because it looked suspicious. My 30 pills turned out to be only 25...not even close!! When I called them to complain, they said they would put a note on my account to double count my RXs going forward. You mean they don't do this AUTOMATICALLY?? Why should I trust them to be getting the medication and/or dosages right? This is the end of the line for Walgreens.

I called this Pharmacy and "Steve" advised me in a VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL manner that he would not provide any information to me. I was advised to call back the next day. Thereafter I was hung up on. I called back! He knew it was me based on timing and caller id information. He answered and said: " Please hold!" I was on hold for 10 mins. Once he returned. I asked for a Corporate contact . His response was " we are independent". May I speak to a Supervisor? His response was : I am!. I asked what was his name. He also stated that he would ONLY take her cash and NOT a credit card for check because "croatian's are scammers" he said. I am appauled that this racism still exists today. Sit in the drive-through and ask the girl questions who was on the phone who would ask the pharmacist for the answer who sounded like they didn't really want to be bothered answering the questions. Not only did they have the wrong prescription. They had the wrong doctor listed as prescriber, it's a shame these conglomerates take over and treat us like crap!!!!!!! the only person that works in the CVS who is a five star employee is Victor.
