Drive thru pharmacy consistently takes over 10 minutes every time I have to pick something up - and going into the store doesn't help any either. Staff walks by the window seeing you have been waiting there for much longer than acceptable and just ignores you. No "be with you in a moment", nothing. Customer service is just awful and there's not a shot that they are THAT busy every time I need to pick up my prescription. I ordered some photos online. When I picked them up, a handful of them were blank with no images. This isn't the first time this has happened - super frustrating. Anyway, I needed these for a project so it couldn't wait. Q was extremely helpful in correcting the issue for me. She troubleshooted the pictures in store until they came out perfect. She had a tremendous amount of patience and made a stressful situation more manageable. read more

During the holiday season, you'd expect more employees but that's not the case here. Check out line was 23 people deep with only one register open. Only 2 photo kiosks there and minimal help to figure it out. That line was longer than the check out line! Typical Walgreens just poor management scheduling ability. read more

What a terrible pharmacy. I just moved to the area with my partner. I work in the medical field, specifically working with insurance, so I try to help my partner with anything related to medical insurance, because it can be a little complicated sometimes, especially since this was the first time him or I had a prescription filled here. I was on hold for about 15 minutes waiting for someone to answer. Some woman from the pharmacy answered the phone and was so rude! I explained that I was calling for my partner and he was sitting right next to me. She nastily replied "I need to speak with him he's an adult." In reality I understand that is a HIPPAA violation to speak about peoples medical records to anyone but the patient...but say that! Also, how did she know he wasn't incapacitated at the moment and could not speak for himself? It's a pharmacy she should have more empathy. She then spoke to my partner, she wasted our time looking up his insurance details only to tell him "oh we are not contracted with your insurance company." Granted yes, that should've been verified before we requested the prescription be sent to that pharmacy. But she should've realized that right when we said what the insurance company is. It just makes me think of how they must treat other people in these situations, including elderly people on Medicare which can be so complex to understand even for people such as myself who are in the field. That woman has no business working in the medical field, they should make her pick up the garbage outside instead of answering the phone in the pharmacy since she is such trash at her job. read more

This is to the pharmacy department, you should be ashamed of yourself. I made an appointment for my 81 year old mother in law for a Covid booster AND flu shot. She arrived on time, handed the pharmacy tech the paper printout showing her appointment info (including the two shots she was supposed to get) only to have to wait TWO HOURS for you people to get your crap together and forced to stand most of the time due to limited seating. Then to make matters worse, they only gave her the Covid booster and not the flu shot. Really????? How dare you treat the elderly with such indifference. Shame on you... read more

The bitches behind the counter of the pharmacy cursed out my mother after they gave ME, her prescription without confirming the name, birth date or any other information and proceeded to yell things like "i hope we never see you again" and "we didn't make a mistake!" never go there for pharmacy needs again, they should all be fired. read more

I scheduled an appointment for this morning at 10:20 AM for a flu shot. I filled out all the information online everything was ready to go. As I waited five minutes 10 minutes 15 minutes I was wondering when I was going to be taken, the pharmacist was giving shots to two or three gentlemen I saw her come out from behind the partition. I was the only one waiting there at that time now for a vaccination so I figured she was coming right back I waited another half an hour and still wasn't called. I couldn't speak to anyone because they were busy with other customers so I left. After calling three times to try to get through and being put on hold for 20 minutes I finally spoke to a young woman Who then told me that they were short staffed and running behind. I said I would have appreciated if you told me that and gave me the courtesy to decide whether I was able to wait or was I forgotten about. The lack of communication there is appalling and unfair to people waiting over half an hour for their appointment. I explained Ihad they told me I could have had some kind of window of time to wait or reschedule but they chose not to say anything nor did they seem to care won't be going back to them anymore! Stopped here on our way out of town the last weekend of January. Parking was easy, as it should be considering the parking lot here is huge, probably big enough for three stores this size. This location also has a drive thru for the pharmacy. Ste store was clean and easy to navigate. My only complaint was that there was only one cashier, who was quite nice, and a long line to check out. read more

Pharmacy staff is extremely nice. One pharmacy tech especially who is ALWAYS in a good mood and since we always bring our Yorkshire Terrier puppy with us, she knows him by name and never fails to say hi to him. Extremely fast with prescriptions, especially when waiting. Always ready in the time they say if will take to fill. Very much appreciated, and they do understand people do have other things to do. While most other pharmacies will be out of medication, this pharmacy most of the time, has the medication in stock all the time. read more

Back home. Ouch it is way to cold here. Nice to enjoy the things we take for granted. Walgreens, our local " just about eveeyrhing store." It's neaarby,friendly & reasonably price. Good for whatever you need in a pinch. Today it's ice melt. I REALLY MISS FLORIDA ! read more

I absolutely love Suzi the pharmacy manager. However the wait on line is rather time consuming and they need more staff in the pharmacy area. Store is very clean and easy to get around. However the store manager seems like he can't be bothered with customers. read more

The staff in this store make the shopping experience worth while. They were so polite and really went out of their way to make use feel welcome. I went for a few items but ended up leaving with a cart. Very clean and well stocked. read more
