Don't advertise services if you cannot provide them. Went in for notary services and they could not provide them

The actual store part is pretty good. I cant say I really have any complaints. The pharmacy on the…read moreother hand is a wreck. My main problem being changing prescriptions without notifying me. They changed my prescription and said the company had new packaging and they put the sticker over the company name and I had a reaction to it. The head pharmacist had such a horrible attitude while defending her actions. The head pharmacist is the one who said she does the prescriptions and she went with what was in stock. It happened again this time with a new head pharmacist who was really kind and said she dont know who packaged it and would note in my file to keep my prescription as written. It was her first day on the job too. Why would it even have to be at this level? A prescription prescribed by a doctor should NOT be changed by a pharmacist. Originally I was just waiting for my prescription to be finished and Id go to a new pharmacy but this new head pharmacist who was really sweet gave me the idea that things would be different. This place would be more organized and less chaotic. I think I need to give her a little more time to take control of that chaotic time bomb. Sorry thats what you inherited. The pharmacists under her dont really know what they are doing, very bored, easily stressed, and clearly do not like their jobs or even care. But with a boss like the one they had previous, Im not surprised. However its enough to leave me untrusting with this place. Id rather go to the pharmacy next to my job. They have lost my insurance information a few times. They also asked me to call them for my prescription to remind them to fill it when my one prescription was over. I gave them the refill that was needed. Again pretty unknowledgeable about what to do when given an insurance card. I asked for my prescription back and it was literally pain staking. I had to ask 6 times maybe more and at first it was "why do you want it back?" "Why do you need it back" "we have it in our system" and just with the jaw dropped. If I want to go to another pharmacy I can. You cant withhold a prescription from someone. I finally got it back after she was told to give it back to me. Its like the customers are a joke to them. The 2 stars are lost on the pharmacy and one for the new pharmacist who has quite a task ahead of her and the other two are for the store part. Wide selection. Neatly organized. Good pricing. Attentive and knowledgable staff.

It is like a morgue in here. Look at photos of empty shelves. I was the only customer in the place…read moreat 6:30 PM. Something makes me think this store is on the way out.

I genuinely deal with this pharmacy having mix-ups and miscommunications on a quarterly basis…read moreminimum. During these mix ups, the pharmacy department has not been apologetic, even during situations that absolutely call for it... like sending wrong medication or sending me to a cooperating location, stating they'd have my medication, when they don't. Years ago, I switched to Rite Aid due to my frustration with CVS, but unfortunately, they went out of business. Rite aid was far better with consistency of filling my medication in a timely fashion and in its customer service. I understand that the customer experience at CVS is damaged by something probably above the specific locations control. The phone system/automated messaging is infuriating. It takes so much effort and frustration to try to leave a voicemail. Pressing 0, saying "operator", saying "speak to a pharmacist" doesn't seem to expedite the time it takes to leave a voicemail . I've even asked someone in pharmacy in the past if they knew a shortcut to get to voicemail and they don't. I hope they can report at least that to their higher-ups in the company, because I'm sure I'm not alone with already being frustrated by time I speak with someone in pharmacy due to that system. I'd bet dealing with frustrated customers is not good for the morale of the pharmacy staff working. Their automated texting system is also a problem. For example, the system does not trigger any communication regarding a shortage in medication until the date is supposed to be filled. Had they adjusted the settings to make customers aware of shortages earlier, the customer can have options to call around to other pharmacies and work with their doctor to have it filled at another location before their needed medication is out. Instead, I'm days past receiving my medication and received a text message today stating that I need an updated prescription from my subscriber (which wasn't the case when I spoke to someone on Friday). I'm on my 5th call to CVS since Friday and when I eventually spoke to someone, the pharmacist clarified that he doesn't need an updated prescription (as the text said) but instead is informing my doctor of medication shortage. Had the text message been accurate, I would've understood and wouldn't have had to deal with the whole phone system AGAIN to call for clarification. It's frustrating enough to not be able to fill a medication I need with no timeline in sight for when I will be able to get it, but for these automated systems to add so much increased frustration is ridiculous.

Always have prescriptions on time. Also great coupons and sales. Got Covid and flu shot without an…read moreappointment.
