worst pharmacy I've ever delt with!!!!! The whole setup is bad. Where you drop off is also the same small area you pick up. Everyone can hear all your personal information. The one pharmacist obviously can not handle all the prescriptions that goes there. Every month it takes them at least 2 -4 days to fill my prescriptions. I should not have to go there 3 or 4 times in a week to see if my called in scripts are ready! They should have stayed with who they were using before. I was next door at UPS store and I needed some band aids. I got in my car and then I noticed that Jericko Pharmacy was next door. I got out of my car and went in. Honestly this has been the best experience I've ever had with a pharmacy. The staff is always so helpful and informative. Every single employee at Jericho Pharmacy is professional and courteous , But more important than that, they are COMPASSIONATE . What a hidden gem in a plaza strip. It is not your typical pharmacy at all! It's the only place on Long Island to carry an all natural, cruelty-free, B-corp cosmetic line that I love. (If you don't know what certified B-corporations are, take a moment and look it up.) Upon walking into the store, I was immediately greeted and assisted by a young, friendly man. He took his time and helped me find the products I was looking for and also suggested other best-selling products with some neat information. It's a cute, small, and clean pharmacy boutique. The pharmacist seemed very friendly as well. The only reason that they're getting 4, instead of 5 stars, is because I stopped there during their supposed opening time but no one was there in the morning, even after waiting 10 minutes. So I was in a rush later in the evening after work, wishing I had more time to peruse the aisles. I've worked for small businesses before with limited staff and understand that emergencies happen, and they were very apologetic for the inconvenience. I live nowhere near Syosset but work relatively close. They also told me that I can always order through them and they'd ship it to me! This is a Great local pharmacy! Phil and his staff go out if their way to provide personal service the big Corporate pharnacies like CVS, Rite Aid and Walgreens can't match. They'll even delivery your medication for free and drop it off on their way home if you're running late and can't make it there by closing time. This place is close when I'm traveling to work. This pharmacy deserves 6 STARS. The pharmacists are extremely knowledgeable. Every person there is very capable, helpful, honest, and provides attention and endless efforts for us. Definitely a great pharmacy who look after their customers. I have the high deductible plan and with insurance costs these days David is always letting me know about manufacturer coupons for certain medications for prescriptions my insurance doesn't cover. After my dermatologist recommended a harsh steroid cream for my son's eczema, I expressed concern and he recommended an OTC all natural moisturizer from Europe. We skipped the harsh cream and in about a month the eczema was gone! I can't recommend them enough for their high level of service. And the convenience of getting your medications in the mail when I'm too busy is absolutely priceless! read more

City MD sent us to Jericho Pharmacy saying they have tests. We arrived at noon. They told us that the delivery truck was expected to arrive with the Covid home test between 1 and 1:30. We waited in a car for an hour and called at 1. Now we learn that this is about a list, and they are meeting the needs of those on a list, and there might be something. We are once again told to call back. We go back into Jericho express Pharmacy at the allotted time. At 2 they finally agreed to put us on their list, saying again they were waiting on a delivery. They are not forthright or honest and think nothing of wasting others time. If we had known we might get crumbs left from their list people we would not have subjected ourselves waiting in a car for 3 hours. The truth was they didn't know what crumbs would be left, not they were waiting on a delivery. Yeah, we all hope for that great big delivery. But if it isn't real, then they should not be misleading others. They are not forthright and honest. I waited for three hours in a cold car when I was sick. Extremely unkind. It is understandable to put your customers needs first, but telling the others half truths is not kind. read more

They have some really high quality personal care items like face scrubs, cosmetics, shaving supplies for men etc. The atmosphere also gives you the feeling of being in a boutique rather than a traditional pharmacy. I have always used the chain drugstores out of convenience. Not anymore. I have been using Jericho Pharmacy since they opened and will never go anywhere else. Phil, the owner and pharmacist, is very knowledgeable, answers all of my questions and always goes the extra mile. The store manager David and the rest of the staff couldn't be more helpful or kind. Once, when I was traveling and not near Jericho Pharmacy, I had trouble filling a prescription because the drugstore I was at didn't have my drug card on file and I didn't have my card with me. I was in a panic. I called Phil on the phone and he was more than happy to give me the information I needed so that my prescription could be filled at this other store. Phillip, the pharmacist, is so friendly and knowledgeable and spent a lot of time talking to me about my prescription. When I called the pharmacy, the phone was answered immediately and I did not have to go through those annoying multiple prompts to then be put on hold. The experience got better as my prescription was delivered the same day to my house. This is what I have been missing - that personal touch that so sadly has become very hard to find.
