There is something to be said about an independently owned business vs. a corporate business; you definitely lose focus on the customer. My mother is a nonagerian who has had a frequent need for multiple prescriptions and remedies over the years. This store which is next to the Trader Joe's was a pleasure to visit in 2022 and 2023. My last 2 visits were a month apart in April and June of 2025 and this is what I observed : 1) The store was cluttered and unorganized. 2) CVS had an employee contest to sign up new CVS ExtraCare Plus members and 2 of the newer employees forgot about cs and the big picture as they focused on 2 potential customers forgetting about us waiting in line as they used the self check out registers with no one manning the actual front counter. 3) Infighting and rudeness amongst these employees. 4) Non working 1 hour photo service and the employees shrugging their shoulders stating they had no idea about how long it would take. 5) This is non store specific and overall feedback. The VIP program via the CVS ExtraCare Plus at a cost of $5 per month giving us $10 to get anything from the store every month is limited to fewer items now.
