They have bent over backwards dozens of times helping me get " Critical Medication " & consistently due it to present day U do not get that treatment from the big pharmacies. Great selection of over the counter items at a much better price point than CVS or Walgreens who rip people off. This place has been there and transformed for decades. It started as a 5 & 10. With photo processing (in the day) and purchases of blinds way back when, with candies and bricker brack for sale. It added a pharmacy with then , Vinny. Staff changed over the years of course. All friendly and doing what they could and can to help. The Pharmacy is still there taking care of local residence. Due to changes of the times (and perhaps the pandemic) they have had to downsize from the original larger store. Yet, they are sitll there in the shopping center off Broadway (Hicksville 107) and Lewis Street. There is something of a comfort to know this. So, stop in next time you find you need something and check it out. read more

It's owned by one owner (Vinny) who has built this pharmacy from the bottom up. They will fill your prescriptions in a timely manner. I grew up in this neighborhood and though I now live far enough away to pass plenty of pharmacy's to get there, Perfect Pharmacy still gets my business. I've tried a chain pharmacy only to feel ignored when I have a question, but at Perfect Pharmacy it's without request that I can always expect proper treatment from one of the three pharmacists on staff. They are Vinny, who is the owner, Nick, and John. All three of them are great and as an earlier reviewer said, you're not just a number. Come to Perfect Pharmacy for perfect treatment. I have been going to Perfect Pharmacy for 28 years( my whole life) Kind, attentive and friendly staff make this mom and pop pharmacy a local safe haven amongst big name pharmacies around town. The owner Vinny treats each customer with respect and goes out of his way to ensure customers are taken care of as well as the two other pharmacists on staff. They not only are a pharmacy but a variety store also. Toys, household items toiletries etc. can all be found here as well as lotto and balloons. Whether it's a random question, or serious concern one of the pharmacists will always help you out or guide you in the right direction. Perfect Pharmacy definitely deserves its name! read more

Perfect Pharmacy is a perfect mess! About 2 months ago I had lost my medication due to my wife suffering from a brain injury which causes her to have a loss of her short-term memory at times. I called perfect Pharmacy who I've been dealing with for a few months at this point and I was told I could come in and fill it early due to explaining the circumstances. Unfortunately my doctor's office made a mistake in the prescription. I was forced to go back to the doctor's office although I was already at the pharmacy. Then unbelievably the doctor's office made another mistake causing me to have to run back to the office again which was about 10 miles away. After making the second trip and feeling quite exasperated as you might imagine, the pharmacist thought it would be a good time to make a snide remark about filling the prescription early. Although there was no indication that it was a problem when I called first before coming in, apparently the pharmacist just could not help himself in his rudeness. Upon hearing the remark I became upset and raise my voice at the pharmacist exclaiming, do you really think this is the best time for you to be making a sarcastic comment right now! At which time he apologized very quickly and gave me my prescription. I called perfect Pharmacy to get a batch of my medication a month ago and they did not have it in. I called today and girl answers and says that they don't have all of my medication. So I asked how much do you have? The Pharmacist himself then answered the phone after she put me on hold. He asked if I had an altercation when I was there last time to which I responded no, the pharmacist working made a sarcastic comment to me after taking two trips back and forth to the doctor's office due to their mistakes. Without letting me explain he began to tell me about the rules in his Pharmacy of etiquette. Apparently, he left these rules out concerning his other pharmacist. After briefly explaining this ridiculous barrage of rules to me he explained that he would appreciate it if I no longer came in. When I began to respond he told me I was yelling although I was not. This man clearly did not know what actually occurred, and based his business relationship termination with me on erroneous facts. Had he asked my side of the story he might still have a customer now. Aside from the constant mistakes made with my prescriptions while I dealt with this place, the snide comment should have put me over the top. However I decided that everyone can have a bad day. Apparently they do not feel the same way. I would not try to get water from this place if I was on fire. They are terrible! Perfect Pharmacy is a perfect hot mess! read more

Been using PP since I was a kid. These guys are not only awesome and easy to deal with, they've always taken care of us when insurance makes our lives miserable. I visited the store, asked one of the employees some questions regarding their pricing policy. The "apparent" owner (standing in the pharmacy area not far away) overheard our conversation and suddenly interrupted. He asked me who I was and before I responded to his question, I thought it was important to understand who he was so I asked him the same question back. He told me that it was "none of my business who he was!" so I said the same think back to him and left. I found him to be rude and unprofessional. I will never return to "Perfect Pharmacy" again, after that perfectly frustrating experience! read more

wish I could give one star to the new staff member who I think recently joined or might be I am seeing him for the first time. He is old man always chewing something in his mouth and talk with high attitude as if he is the President of USA. I dont know his name but he is the oldest amonsgt the other staffs. All other staffs are very good and polite except him. He doesnt even know how to talk to a lady specailly who is pregnant. I was just discusing about one prenatal and wanted to know its price with coupon but wanted to order for the prescribed one. But this over-smart fellow ordered the different medicine of which I just wanted to know the price. When I went to collect the prescribed medicine, he was supplying the wrong one and instead of accepting his fault, he starting shouting on me, not listening to me, making fun of my statements. I wish I could have took my phone with me there and called me husband right there to teach him how to talk to customers. read more
