I always have to come in the next day, wait an hour---even when I call my doctor directly and ask if the prescription has been sent out and they say it has, the pharmacists never fail to make a mistake. I don't know if there is the Caribbean version of pharmacy school, but I suspect all of the rejects are the ones who work here because they are insanely incapable of completing even the smallest of tasks. Please steer far away. I'm going to right now.

With the apathetic employees and just general volume of people. I may on occasion pop in to get seasonal decorations or garden supplies. Nowadays I use curbside pickup most times. As I write this I have been sitting in my car for a half an hour. I ordered seven items but, only two were delivered to my vehicle. The young man was very apologetic and went to grab my other items. He was very pleasant when he finally returned with my items. In my opinion, this location definitely needs more personnel. I suspect that the employees are overworked and just as frustrated as we customers are.

The only issue that I have... and it's the same issue repeatedly... is that they don't teach their young cashiers how to bag. That should be one of the first things they are taught when you put them on the register. I know this, because I'm a business owner myself. Since we're forced to use those brown paper bags, You need to teach them: the heavy stuff goes on the bottom!!! I just returned from Walgreens with a bag full of stuff. I knew I should have dumped it out on the counter and rebagged it... But there was a line behind me, and I was in a hurry. I got home, got halfway to my gate, when the handle ripped off... So I grabbed it from the bottom with both hands... But by the time I got to my steps, the heavy stuff on the top fell forward, the bag ripped completely open, and stuff started falling out. I lost my balance, tripped up my front step and fell on all fours, cutting my knee open in the process. Now I'm bleeding, my wrist hurts, my shampoo bottle is cracked open, it smashed a bag of chips, leaked everywhere, and I'm pissed, because a 5 minute lesson from good management could have prevented this!! I've witnessed her go above and beyond for customers. Shes even been helpful to me. I just have to bring this to someone attention. Ar least 4 times I've witnessed her asking customers for gifts. Now even if she's just kidding which from what I saw it didn't look like she was, she needs to stop begging customers for gifts. She work's there she gets paid abd that should be the end of it. Even if she's friendly with regular customers that come there all the time it doesn't give her the right. When I saw it this last time last week ( I just didn't have the time to post about it) It rubbed me the wrong way, enough is nought. I don't want her to get in trouble but she needs to be reprimanded about begging customers for gifts. Just ring people up and keep it moving.
