This used to be the absolute best pharmacy on the island hands down. They expanded, as they should have given their amazing customer service in the beginning, and I have never been more disappointed prior to this week with both the pharmacy and their delivery service combined. I have not one but 2 credit cards on file. The pharmacy technicians don't call me to set up delivery anymore as they are too busy, which is fine. Their delivery system RX2GO no longer sends any text message to confirm delivery or provide a link to track where the driver is and what time you should be expecting a person considering you have to sign for it. Yesterday, Friday- after speaking with one of their newer pharmacists whom ensured me my antibiotics for a severe mouth infection were out for delivery- never did she mention a single word about a second medication being delivered that was not provided earlier in the week nor did she ever inquire about ANY payment note that apparently was written for the delivery drivers to collect "$65 CASH OR NO MEDICATION TO BE LEFT WITH CUSTOMER". Patients go to pharmacies. Not customers #1. #2. One of the owners assured me this was not the case and I would have my medication without issue. Needless to say. I did not have $65 cash payment to give a random delivery driver that was never something that ever occurred in over 8 years of using Main Source, and the driver explained this "strict" note on my account forced him to keep my medication from me and drove away with it. I tried reaching out to Main Source a second time after the incident which was not surprisingly unsuccessful as they are closed on Saturdays. I am awaiting a second attempt of the medication delivery today with no clear indication of the RX2GO drivers arrival. I contacted the "operator" of RX2GO whom was able to assure me I must have $65 cash payment or they will leave a second time with medication that is imperative to stop an infection from potentially spreading to the optic nerve in my eye and eliminating a trip to the emergency room. I have previously written an amazing review for this pharmacy, however this experience has left me with no choice but to warn others of the potential and to request all of my prescriptions be released to ensure this can never happen again. read more

Typically, Main Source is super dependable, however this week I was expecting my medication and was told it would be delivered Tuesday morning. Tuesday afternoon they called saying it was rescheduled to Wednesday evening. When I still didn't get it this afternoon, I called and they said that they were out of stock and didn't know when it would be back in. It's just frustrating because they made it seem like they knew it was out of stock and rather than tell me up front, they kept trying to delay. Super bummed. read more

I had called so many pharmacies trying to refill my Mounjaro and was unable to find any in stock. I came across this pharmacy from a location search and not only were they able to fill my rx, they made the entire process so effortless! I am so glad that I found this pharmacy and am currently in the process of transferring all of my medications there! read more

Went to Main Source shortly after they opened on a weekday in the morning to get a DMV eye test and a flu shot. The woman who greeted us was masked, and it took some time to process the flu shot paperwork for our household, which is expected. After about a 20 minute wait an employee stood up from behind the tall pharmacy desk without a mask; I had unknowingly been standing 2 feet from her. Another employee walked in shortly thereafter and was unmasked and walking about the store for the remaining 5 minutes we spent inside. If masking is important to you (particularly while seeking health services), go elsewhere. read more

i was lied to by main source pharmacy in huntington. when they found out i was paying by insurance they told me that they did not have any mounjaro in stock. un benounced to them i called them as a cash-paying customer and they verified that they had plenty of stock. i have reported them to all state regulatory committees and i urge all to do the same read more

I started using Main Source Pharmacy originally due to the fact that they were the only Pharmacy around that I was able to get a combination medication (Duexis) prescription from that also worked in conjunction with the pharmaceutical company itself to obtain this highly expensive medication for a very affordable price. On top of that, both Lana and Anita are two of the nicest, caring, understanding people- coming from the medical industry myself, I understand how some days can be; yet both of them have always gone above and beyond for me. Needless to say, I just had my 17th surgery, and I'm only 31 years of age and I have most of my prescriptions sent to them now because I know both Anita and Lana do everything they can to get me my prescriptions for the best price and as quickly as possible. Thank you girls for all you do!!! read more
