I went to STUARTS instead. The pharmacist at STUARTS (an old man with grey beard) was rude and had a nasty, condescending attitude. He wouldn't fill the prescription because it had the PA's name on it and not the doctor. I drove all the way back to hospital, got new script with doctor's name on it. Back at the pharmacy, same pharmacist has the cashier tell me that he's not filling the script again because it's dated for the next day, (which it WASN'T. The 8 looked like a 9, but with closer inspection you could see that it was the lack of pen pressure when the doctor rewrote it.) This pharmacy also shorted me in the past on medication for a family member, by SEVENTY PILLS - which I got - but not without a struggle. That's one of the reasons I stopped going there. I think he may have remembered the incident, and that was why he was being such a jerk. I went to WALGREEN'S on Sunrise Highway, and they filled it in 5 minutes, with no hassles. I'll never step foot in Stuarts Pharmacy again.

On many occasion they contacted the doctors direct with their questions and handled situations that others would have put back on the shelf and left it for the customer to handle. I am very grateful to have them as my neighborhood pharmacy. The workers there are very accommodating, it's especially nice to see when they are bombarded with customers.
