Jimmy and his staff at Transcript Pharmacy are amazing! They go above and beyond to help you like the old time Pharmacies that are a thing of the past. The staff is wonderful and very knowledgable. There is never a problem with my deliveries - when they say it will be there, it is! The store is always well stocked with all the things you need. You will never meet a more kinder and helpful person than Jimmy at Transcript Pharmacy.

I had an issue, but Jimmy was quick to rectify it. He showed me that he truly does care about my dog. He came up with a capsule formula that would be easier on my dogs stomach & called several times to ensure that it was a good fit for him. He even sent out a sample to ensure that Marco could tolerate it well. He was kind and apologetic for an issue I had with a new delivery company, even though it was not transcripts fault. He has been very accommodating and treats his customers like he values their business. My dog means the world to me & I don't trust many people with his care, but jimmy as earned my trust. I will continue to use him for the remainder of my dogs life. During this difficult time of battling my dogs illness, I appreciate his concern for Marco's well being. 5 stars for customer service, and promptness

Over several months, I have encountered serious privacy and HIPAA compliance issues with the in-store digital kiosk system that collects personal and prescription-related information. Timeline of Issues: October 14, 2025: I was asked to use the in-store kiosk for prescription services. When I requested the privacy policy outlining how my personal and health information is collected, stored, and shared, staff could not provide it. I declined to use the kiosk due to privacy concerns. October-November 2025: Multiple follow-ups with the CVS Consumer Privacy Office and the store produced only generic responses. No specific documentation regarding HIPAA compliance or the Notice of Privacy Practices (NOPP) was provided. November 25, 2025: CVS PrivacyPharmacy@cvshealth.com assured me in writing that: * All kiosk activities are governed by CVS's HIPAA-covered Notice of Privacy Practices (NOPP). * Store leadership was reminded to provide the NOPP upon request. December 7, 2025: Despite these assurances, the store again failed to provide the required documentation. I waited over 25 minutes and, due to the delay, suffered a panic attack and left without my prescribed anxiety medication. Corporate Contacts Reached and Responses: David A. Falkowski, Chief Compliance Officer: Received multiple formal complaints regarding recurring HIPAA non-compliance; no satisfactory resolution at store level. Edward Devaney, Thomas Moffatt, David Joyner (Corporate Compliance): Notified of ongoing failure to provide required documentation; responses acknowledged issue but failed to resolve on-site compliance. PrivacyPharmacy@CVSHealth.com : Confirmed kiosk is covered under HIPAA and NOPP applies; informed store leadership was reminded to comply. U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, Office for Civil Rights (HHS-OCR): Copied on escalations due to unresolved HIPAA concerns. Impact: The repeated inability of CVS staff to provide required HIPAA documentation created unnecessary stress, prevented timely access to essential medication, and shows a serious failure in following corporate policies and legal obligations. Summary: This experience demonstrates a systemic breakdown in CVS's compliance with privacy laws and internal procedures. Patients' health and safety should never be jeopardized due to procedural failures. Until corrective action is taken and HIPAA compliance is consistently enforced at this location, I cannot recommend this store. Note: All emails and responses included are presented as accurately and factually as possible. AI assistance was used to remove personal bias, ensuring objectivity. All original emails have been provided to CVS and the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, Office for Civil Rights (HHS-OCR), for their review, which is still ongoing. I encourage anyone experiencing similar issues to report violations. However, I have not received any response from HHS or OCR, which is concerning given the protections supposedly in place for personal information. Goes home, 5 min drive, or less, text message received that scrip is ready. Really? That means it was being prepared while she was there and they gave bad info resulting in an extra trip. Holy cow. I honestly have no words for the experience I just had. I came in with my mother around…read more11:00pm. No employees were nearby and I was only able to see the few customers in the store. That was red flag #1...We do our shopping and get what we need and I make my way to the self checkout. Keep in mind the whole time we were shopping we still did not see ONE employee. I get to self checkout and I start ringing everything up. I purchased a bow and along with my other items and after I scanned the bow it seems as if the scale did not register it was placed so it froze my screen and said "help is on the way" I stood there for almost 10 minutes waiting patiently. It got to a point where a customer even tried helping me resolve my issue because her self checkout did the same but she somehow fixed hers. **STILL no employee to be seen.** So now I'm holding wrapping paper and I start walking around the store waving it around going -- "HELLO!?! Does anyone work here I've been real checkout for 10 min and the things constantly repeating help is on the way but nobody is here" and after around 2 min of my calling out for help.. NOBODY SHOWED UP. So I walk BACK to self check out and wait and then this woman slowly walks up to me, SAYS NOTHING, scans her little card and then WALKS away. I cannot imagine how many people steal from this place at night because I easily could have walked right out with my bags. She did not care at all and she was very rude and dismissive. The customer service here is disgusting. Whoever is working today 11/12/2021 clearly does not do their job properly and needs to be retrained on how to handle customers ALSO why is there only ONE person on shift ?
