First, they made a mistake with my son's prescription and did not fill it correctly. Then, last week, I spoke with them about refilling a prescription and made it clear that I needed it by Monday. They told me that would be fine. When I went I was told that the prescription was not ready, and I was told no one had ordered it. The owner/pharmacist was dismissive and treated it like it was just a simple mistake. But this is medication.
