DO NOT GO HERE FOR MEDICATION!!! Their treatment of long time customers is horrendous. They should be ashamed. My medication has been here for over 2 weeks they send emails saying delayed and I have to go there to find out what is going on. Finally after getting upset they say it would be ready. I became ill and c ould not pick up meds on day they said would be ready. I went 2 days later and they told me they restocked the medication and it would have to be filled again. I ahve to call my pharmacy when i am ill??? They didnt call or email or contact me in any way to say they were restocking my meds. DO NOT GO HERE. READ THE OTHER REVIEWS. Just don't come here for anything truly. Pharmacy, the worst, always understaffed across the store. The staff they have are just rude and unhelpful. Photo department equally as unhelpful. You'd think after 2.5 stars they'd start focusing on hiring people with the bare minimum customer service skills but nope. read more

Found an appointment at this Walgreens for my COVID vaccination, and sure wish my health plan didn't force me to go to CVS. The store seemed clean and organized, and when I went back to the pharmacy, they were prepared for the vaccination. Everything went smoothly. Will remember this store for things other than medications. read more

I should have read the reviews. Not only is walgreens.com corporate customer service useless but this location never answers their phones, places you on hold with no regard for your time and doesn't communicate with you when their printer is broken and your order will be delayed by DAYS. Please do not go here. It's honestly the worst and most frustrating experience and you will be more frustrated than anything. read more

Ok so I know they are doing their best do to covid and I respect that it's probably especially hard for drug stores right now. (A second surge in numbers and people printing out holiday cards) but that being said...this Walgreens could have done some occupancy control. There was wayyyy too many people in the store at once. Like I said I get it's difficult for them and I really don't want to leave a bad review because I know it's a struggle and normally they are Great which is why I will continue to go back at different hours. Just came here to say the cashier Alyssa was one of the friendliest cashiers I had ever worked with. She helped me redeem rewards points and even welcomed me to the neighborhood after finding out I just moved. (I got my zip code wrong the first time). drive thru review: during this difficult time waiting on drive thru line 40 min early to pick up my medication trying to beat crowds. upon opening of the window i was scolded for waiting in front of the window due to hippa privacy concerns? #1 the window was covered with a dark shade #2 there is no sign that says don't wait in front of the window? how do you plan on informing everyone?? i called the manager to complain/comment - even with the shade up the sun glare on the window was so bad i couldn't see the pharmacist! also, i had a hard time hearing him because of their poor intercom system. horrible customer service!!! the pharmacist decided with 10 cars behind me waiting - during a difficult time like this - that now was the best time to hold up the line while scolding me for his "imagined" idea that i was somehow able to see through a dark shade while looking at the window?? walgreens manager - shame on you - get a sign if you don't want customers waiting at the window!!! my family and i will now go to another pharmacy - for sure i will never be waiting in front of a walgreens window ever again!!! because of horrible customer service you lost my business!! thanks for the apology but i will go use another pharmacy where they treat their customers right!! read more

Really annoyed. Went to drop prescription off. It was a compound that had to be made. They told me to go to the Bethpage store because they "specialize" in doing that. I said why the pharmacist here doesn't know how to make it? They said that they're busy it will be awhile. I said that's fine I'll pick it up later then. Wow! Apparently tobacco products cannot be returned... But there are no signs up anywhere in the store that say so. Store policy and return policies should be up for customers to view before making any purchase. It's the right thing. Especially when on the back of the receipt it says without a receipt a store credit will be issued in the amount of whatever the lowest sale price was in the past 30 days. And I had a receipt for a few months ago but I had one. I wasn't looking for money back just a store credit. I'm reasonable. Really rude blonde manager was not happy dealing with my questions and asking why there isn't any info posted on returns etc... She didn't even know if the return policy was posted in the store bc I asked her and she didn't know ( manager huh?). Called corporate office and the end result was that that's their policy whether it's posted or not and they reserve the right to refuse any return and I'm out of luck. Funny how the 1st thing on the back of the receipt says "you satisfaction is vet important to us" yea bullcrap!! I only wanted a credit.
