Renee is a kind, caring and wonderful pharmacist. I appreciated her so much that I called corporate to make sure they know what a wonderful employee they have. I hope she gets the accolades she deserves. Her kindness cheered someone up who was very sad tonight. She made me feel like I mattered.

I went to STUARTS instead. The pharmacist at STUARTS (an old man with grey beard) was rude and had a nasty, condescending attitude. He wouldn't fill the prescription because it had the PA's name on it and not the doctor. I drove all the way back to hospital, got new script with doctor's name on it. Back at the pharmacy, same pharmacist has the cashier tell me that he's not filling the script again because it's dated for the next day, (which it WASN'T. The 8 looked like a 9, but with closer inspection you could see that it was the lack of pen pressure when the doctor rewrote it.) This pharmacy also shorted me in the past on medication for a family member, by SEVENTY PILLS - which I got - but not without a struggle. That's one of the reasons I stopped going there. I think he may have remembered the incident, and that was why he was being such a jerk. I went to WALGREEN'S on Sunrise Highway, and they filled it in 5 minutes, with no hassles. I'll never step foot in Stuarts Pharmacy again.

This is, hands down, the BEST compounding pharmacy for pets that I've could have found. When my…read morebeloved cat Maynard, who has now passed, became really ill and needed two oral surgeries, my specialty vet recommended Transcript to compound his pain medication into a liquid form (he was terrible at taking pills and with mouth pain, it became an impossible task). Jimmy, the owner, would call every time to ask what flavor I wanted for him too, there is a variety but Maynard's favorite was chicken which he seemed to take to well. Jimmy was truly an Angel on earth when I spoke to him and told him the urgency of the situation. Meds usually can take 2-3 days but he rushed them and had them ready in a few hours. Maynard was in so much pain from his first surgery (which was a bit unexpected), that I was giving him meds around the clock and I firmly believe that without Jimmy's expertise and help, he may not have made it through that experience. I was able to love him for another eight months with his help and every time I drive past the pharmacy I'm reminded of his and his staffs kindness during a truly difficult time. Transcript is the absolute best!!!

Always greeted with a smile…read more Let me tell you all generics are NOT alike!! I don't care what the pharmacist says. I was using CVS for years and suddenly they switched generics. I didn't think anything of it until I took them and got sick. It was definitely the filler. Also certain companies that make the generics are allowed to vary the main ingredient up to 20%. (That's why they switched..The new generics are cheaper) When I found all of this out, I didn't go into a whole thing with the pharmacy but I did ask if they could keep the regular ones on hand since I've been filling my meds with them for years. He said no. A firm no. So I went to Diamond Drugs and explained my situation and sure enough, they went out of their way to help me....and help me they did! I'm so happy with them. They special ordered 2 of my meds. ;)
