They are lazy pieces of work who won't help you especially when they make a mistakes. Now I have to recall a doctor for a script on an important medication (again) which will take a few days with her instead of them calling it finding a way to fax for a refill Knowing that's a highly needed medication for thyroid. When I called them about the refill prior to this mess they said they have it. I even called the doctor a few days before calling them to make sure everything was fine. In short, I wasted my time going all the way there after school (2hrs away) just to be told they made a mistake, they can't refill it and that I have to call the doctor. I understood and call the doctors office but I can only reach the receptionist. They explain even on urgent it takes a few days (2 at least) for the doctor to respond. The can only note the doctor and when she gets to it she'll script it. I tried to call the pharmacy to explain and wanted to ask for a solution (fax or calling the doctor) but they just have a nasty attitude saying they can't and that's it's my responsibility to call the doctor for the script (which I have been doing). They act like they're doing me a favor which they aren't. It's a job for a reason!
