The interior is mediocre, the items of each aisle are usually not supplied fully, specifically the supplements and hair-care area. I signaled for assistance by pressing the provided button at the cosmetics section AND alerted an employee and I stood there for at least ten minutes. Therefore, this store does not provide all but most of your favored products to pick and buy, and despite the store being created for a quick shop and to pick up medication I believe those standards aren't exactly reached if you are striving to save time. read more

I really don't like coming in this store what you see in the weekly circular you don't find in the store. The pharmacy only has 1 cashier. Sometimes, the line gets long it would be nice if there was extra help to move the line along (They're 2 registers). The best time to go pick up medication is in the morning. read more

My major complaint is customer service. It is virtually impossible to get through on the phone For simple questions about my prescriptions. It takes days to get through, if at all. When the phone is answered, I am generally disconnected or put on hold without anyone picking up. My prescriptions are filled properly, so no complaint about that, but something needs to be done about the customer service and phone communication. read more

the customer service is awful. The store is poorly staffed, and the lines are long. I'm currently on hold with the pharmacy, they picked up the phone and left it on the counter, not even a "hello, please hold". It's such a shame b/c we are forced to here because it's the only neighborhood pharmacy. I can hear all the conversation amongst the staff and the shuffling of bags, yet no one will pick up the phone to assist me. read more

Worse service ever since it's under new management for about a year or so. They changed all the staff to the most unprofessional people. They don't answer their phones. God forbid they need to be patient with someone whom English is not their first language. Coming to a pharmacy means someone may be sick. Therefore, staff need to be a bit careful how they treat people under stress. I never write reviews until this Rite Aid. I came in to this Rite Aid for some basic necessities. It's very slow here. They do not have many staff members. It looks very under-stocked. They don't have most of items other Rite Aids have. I find that strange. The store is very clean, and organized. The aisle are big enough, etc. Its your basic Rite Aid. The only perk about this location is that its open 24/7. This means that it's accessible to you whenever an emergency arises. I will be returning, only because its local. read more

Lol!!!! Yea I started this review laughing. Oh how I loveeeee Rite Aid! Not this one in particular but I actually do love Rite Aid. This location needs a lot of changes. People have been complaining about the speed of service for the longest time and nothing has been changed expect for the decor of the store. I moved out of Rosedale and recently moved back and absolutely nothing has changed. I see that they renovated this store and it looks amazing, however why are they so slow? There's never any staff to accommodate the crowd and it's not a place where you can tell yourself I'll be in and out. I've never had an issue with any staff but it's just so slow! Lines are always long so be prepared to wait a while. All items in the store are easy to find and the store is cleaned immaculately. All this location needs to improve on is the pace of the service and it'll be great! read more

I usually don't review places like Rite Aid, but this location needs a new layout, or maybe better management. Everytime I step in here, it's like they never stock the shelves. Half of the time, items are still in boxes, which are located on the floor. Get it together people! read more

the staff use to be stuck-up and rude but recently they try to be nice. The managers are okey... there are some cashiers there.... one in particular, a tall black lady more in her late thirty or maybe forty years old... very not nice. The meanest person you could find and behave as it you are begging her something! Andrew the manager is nice and a younger Guyanese lady - very sweet. The blue stocking trays are left in the passage way and no one cares if one falls over them. No place to walk because of these trays. The staff behave as if they don't care one way or the other - fall, none of our business! Man, somethings need to change there! Otherwise, i can live with the store... just the bad attitude of some members of staff. read more
