There's nothing exceptional to say about this place... Other than the fact that it's another poorly run CVS. This place always looks and feels like a mess. I ordered to pick up pictures on Jan 5th and received an email later on that same day that my pictures were ready for pick up. I went in to finally pick them up today Jan 9 and when I go to the counter they can't find my order . It was so disorganized and the person didn't know where anything was. I don't know what happened to my pictures if someone else took them or idk what but they had to print all my pictures one by one so I had to wait 10+ min only to find out that they didn't even have a proper envelope to put them in . Visited this CVS location to send return UPS. Less employees there so stood in the line for few minutes, my turn turned up to know I am interacting to the rudest lady staff I ever interacted in a CVS. She lacks training. Don't know how to behave to a customer. I was there to ship an Amazon Return through UPS. I am just writing the word "rude" . She followed me to the parking lot and used a very abusive word. I am a long time customer for CVS. But this location, idont want step again. Keep away if you are looking for good service. I went to Staples, they did the same job in seconds. I strongly recommend for no want to go to this store. The store open at 8 AM and I went at 8:15 on Thursday and in big letters it says that the store requires you to wear a mask. When I walked in and was ready to pay for my stuff there was a guy in front of me asking the woman to price check everything and he was chitchatting with her making everybody else wait online and it boggles my mind because the cashier was not doing her job. He was on the line without gloves without a mask and he was just talking in the air freely and I'm really disappointed that they allow this type of behavior and they're putting other peoples lives at risk. read more

Stopped in as a detour. Found the selection of drinks and such to be ok, not good. It's not a deal breaker but place only had 2 selections of vitamin water for sale. Lines were slow for checkout. Only two registers open, and lucky me one cashier had to find out why the toothpaste some guy wanted was 60cents more then he wanted to spend, and the other had to price check 10 different items. I'd blame the staff, but it's the shoppers here who make this place worse then it should be. read more

CVS 1220 Peninsula Blvd. Hewlett, NY - pharmacy is good but if you wanna buy anything else don't bother. they haven't had anything on the shelves in a year, especially the last month (they cant blame recent supply chain shortages) forcing you to go to walgreens anyway. never seen any of the staff putting anything on the shelves, they are always hiding in that darkened room in the front corner so you can't see them. aisles have full boxes and crates on both sides making it dangerous, not sure who is supposed to pack that stuff out, last week the customers were sorting through the boxes to get goods. one customer laid them out and opened them, no staff even bothered. i mean shelves with no toothpaste or toothbrushes, no food, cereal, basics, no tylenol, only CVS brand items in extra small or large proportions looking like they are left over from pre pandemic. Warning, ask for help at your own risk - listen to repeated speaker call for "help in aisle 6" and the tone of voice being told to everyone. actually one customer was so pissed that no one was working and a $3 item was locked up in plastic for no known reason that she repeatedly pushed the button and timed it and found there was no one in the store to help her during a busy time of day, 1 cashier, no manager, no one helping customers or packing goods (an optometrist and pharmacist with no key though) but she kept pushing the button. we should hear from her shortly i hope. I don't know which was more disgusting-the outside parking lot or the inside! Outside had carts full of trash & the inside had horribly stocked shelves along with open boxes of stuff. Pretty okay CVS, not exceptional. A bit spacious, you can browse for a long while here. Sometimes, there are some good deals here. (Today they had a Garnier deal of 3 products for $10. Odder deal: If you buy $30 worth of selected baby products you got a Winnie the Pooh stroller. Never seen that deal before.) Pretty good selection of beauty products, greeting cards, and cheesy paperbacks. I feel the service here is never consistent. I've been coming here for years and sometimes the line is so slow, other times it's quick. Just depends on the day and the people working the cash registers. read more

I came today specifically for your pharmacy deparment and found it closed at 9:20 pm. Your hours online shows you close the pharmacy department at 10:00 pm.
