I cannot get a straight answer out of any workers about the changes which isn't their fault. Seems like this place will be run into the ground. Do yourself a favor and drive an extra 1.5 miles down Merrick Rd. to the same "Barn" and get better quality for less money at an actual thriving business that knows the meaning of customer satisfaction.

The counter person asked if we needed help with anything, which is always a good start. Jen S. walked the aisle and found a bottle she was looking for. We couldn't find the other brand, which they normally have. Apparently, they were out of it. The shopkeep came over to make a recommendation. Based on the bottle we were looking for, it was the same level and price range. Done. Walking out, there was a dog in the front seat with a passenger waiting for someone. The pup was jumping around excited and honking the horn. Would go again.

They have a tremendous selection of beer and some getting drunk foods. I think overall their selection has gone down over the years. Now, the vibe is more clean with open space. I decided to visit today because of the large parking lot and convenient location from home. This store is much smaller than your normal liquor store. There is a large selection of wine and they offer a deal for 4 bottles of wine for $25.00. This gives you an opportunity to sample wines and really decide what your favorites are. I came in for cheap champagne and a gift for a friend. Mission accomplished ! This store had a great selection of gift boxes. I purchased a Jack Daniels Honey gift box that cake with gold stirrers topped with the cutest honey bees on top. They also had a few others for $28-$35. The Rossi Rosé bottle was $9.99 which was typical. What was most disappointing was that they ran out of bows for the bottles. Lines moved very fast and staff was courteous. I would definitely return for the $25 wine deal.

During the week I have found they close their establishment by 5:15 or so ,and on Saturday open 7 to 4. I always generally patronize the deli in the afternoon and the rolls and bread always fresh even later in the day.
