I bought a starbucks 2 for $6 drink there. I left the store and got to work to notice that one if the drinks had floating particles in it and I didn't want to take the chance of drinking. When i went back to exchange the guy behind the counter asked me for a receipt. I told him that I paid and used my mobile 7eleven app. The. He proceeded to say that he couldn't return it and I would have taken stop by in the morning. I asked if he had a manager on site and he said no. I had no way of returning in the morning as I have a job and do not work near there. Beware of what you buy there and check it before you leave the store. I will not be returning. My family and I have been coming here for the last few years every Sunday ever since they opened (this location used to be a Blockbuster) and have been very satisfied with the service, cleanliness and choice at this 7-Eleven. We commonly visit this location for coffee or a gallon of a milk, but occasionally we stray for other impulse purchases (donuts, salty or sweet snacks, or of course a good beverage, whether adult or other kind of drink). For the 7-Elevens in the area (and elsewhere), the main point of differentiation here is the cleanliness and the staff. This store is always kept very clean (something other convenience stores sometimes don't address well), and the staff is always very friendly. The times when I've seen the manager and owner walking around, they've also been very friendly (another good sign). We also enjoy how the staff keeps the coffee pots here filled and brewed fresh. For a while, the staff here even caught on to the fact that we all came in roughly the same time every week and all loved hazelnut, so they began to prepare 2 hazelnut pots instead of just 1. They sadly stopped doing that lately, but it's nothing I would complain about. The only negative experience I've ever had here is spoiled milk in the coffee section, but the milk had not yet reached its expiration date so I attribute that to a fluke incident or a broken fridge as it never happened again (in fact I noticed that the milk was kept very cold after that, so not only did they know it happened but they fixed the issue quickly). Altogether this 7-Eleven gets a solid 4 stars, again thanks in part to the friendly and attentive staff here (cleanliness is a sign of that). I have been to several of these franchises lately and during this pandemic the staff doesn't get it. They wear masks but below their noses which is useless. THESE COMPANY STORES ARE UNSAFE. Wow! I've been coming to this 7-11 for a while now. Always clean and people who work here are nice and friendly. Went in today to get 2 bottles of water in the morning and they gave me a free loaf of Italian bread for Thanksgiving! It's fresh and soft. read more
