****The female Spanish employee with glasses and no name tag is, confrontational, nasty, bitter and…read moreoverall unprofessional if you care about having a positive experience avoid her at all costs better yet go to another location. This employee should be fired**** I have been with Verizon Wireless for about 7 years have spent around $10k over the duration of that time. When I upgrade my device and do a trade in I normally order my device to be picked up in a store locker, and I normally ship my trade in via UPS. I upgraded to the iPhone 17 Pro and opted in for the trade in promotion to receive $1100 over the course of 36 months for the trade in of my iPhone 15 Pro. I had selected to drop the trade in off at this location which I now regret. Upon arriving at the store when they first opened, I had my trade in and the printed-out sheet for the trade in information that Verizon sends you via email that contains all pertinent information relating to the trade in. I gave both to female Spanish worker and explained that this is a trade in. she asked me with a very nasty glare and disgusted look on face "why are you here sir" I repeated myself again with the same thing. Instead of her looking at the paper to help her understand why I was there because she clearly does not understand American conversation and contextual conversation, she became hostile and gave me so much attitude; I had to tell her to change her attitude and calm down but clearly she was looking for a reason to become confrontational and became that without a reason. I requested for another employee to help me she stated" he's the manager he can't help you". Ater she further continued to exhibit incompetence, idiotic behavior, confrontational, unprofessional and other unreasonable/ unnecessary behavior I had to change my tone, become aggressive and pull the native New Yorker out to her and put her in her place which I did because she took the out of her tone and she walked about 10 feet away from me. The manager was standing by during all of this and instead of stepping in prior to all of this he waited until I pulled out the native New Yorker attitude to step in to help me on something that should have been 1,2,3. You don't wait until a physical altercation almost occurs to step in; you step in before that but there seems to be a pattern of behavior with this store pertaining to incompetence, unprofessionalism, confrontational behavior and just overall bad management. This store needs an new management and new an overhaul of all new employees but regardless of what this store does, or doesn't moving forward, I will go back to how I handled things previously which is ordering online to pick up in the locker and ship trade ins via UPS so I don't have to interact with anyone at this store.

I just tried to use it for my i-Phone11 one of the camera lenses is scratched it's a $12 little glass sticker. They will not fix it they said they can only replace it for $239! DISCRACEFUL! The insurance is called "Total Phone Coverage" this is a lie! Do a Google search for a class action lawsuit. DO NOT USE ASURION Switched from Verizon to T-Mobil. Saving over $100 a month!

I suspect it's setup as a convenient option for AT&T customers who have an emergency or need something quick. Not being an AT&T customer, the guy working there was still totally awesome and answered all the questions I had for him regarding what it would take if I wanted to switch or get an iPhone. I was walking by, so I figure why not stop for a couple of minutes and find out. For that alone I give this 3 Stars (since many of you how Carriers can be if you're not with them and want to know stuff), and an A-OK. :-)

DO NOT USE THIS STORE…read more They are cheating customers on a regular basis. They are not an official AT&T store - just a retailer - so they are not under AT&T's supervision. I purchased an unlimited talk & text AT&T Go Phone sim card from them for $92 - which is MUCH MORE than you should ever pay! I was told I would get one month unlimited talk & text for $40 but had to pay a $50 activation fee. I had some problems with a call so I went to a corporate store. Turns out the guy put me on a $2 per day plan with $40 credit (so I would not even have a full 30 days of minutes.) The other $52 that I paid? Straight to his pocket! The corporate store said I am not the first to come to them with this problem. Go to an official corporate store. It is much cheaper and - even though it is AT&T - the customer service is better. At least you won't get scammed.

Zeeshan is a terrible worker and needs to be investigated immediately. I spent 1.25 hours in store…read morewhile on the call with a representative and he was very hostile and aggressive and was smoking and puffing the smoke in customers face and used foul language to numerous customers in the space of time I was there. He barely knows what he is doing and got defensive when customers needed clarification! Two customers also came in and also paid their bill in cash and they did not want to leave because they said they paid their bill to him and he didn't apply it to their account! This is the worst customer experience I've ever had in my life and this person should not interact with the public. That camera needs to be reviewed! When it was my time to be helped he didn't understand what I was explaining and I told him hold on I would just speak to the representative on the phone he tried grabbing my phone and refused to speak unless I gave him my phone and told me to shut up and don't explain my concern because he has been working there for 2 years. He also told me to "get the fuck out and go somewhere else" the representative was on the phone during all of this and she said he will be dealt with so let's see what will happen because I will not rest until he is punished. He did so many unethical things today especially to senior citizens. How dare you tell a struggling old lady she is recieving too many discounts and forcing her to get a new phone and she is refusing and he didn't back down until people intervened! Also he told me my account doesn't exist but yet he was able to pull up my information and while I was speaking to the representative on the phone I was charged by him because she confirmed it was done in store and he claims the charge was to cancel my account also he took a photo of my information and when I asked why he refused to answer and said it's his personal phone so what? It's literally my info.... Of course I care. This is the worse experience l've ever had and I will be staying with my previous carrier the discount is not worth it. I spoke to a total of 7 different people from metro by T-Mobile today and even as I'm typing right now my number isn't active, they can't access my account properly and my name is spelt incorrect and most of all they gave me a new number I didn't ask for! My day has been unbelievable!!!
