As I was leaving, I asked to purchase a pack of cigarettes and was told, "We do not sell cigarettes." This confused me, since they have a smoke shop and sell other tobacco products. The response didn't seem accurate, and it left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. If there has been a policy change regarding cigarette sales, that's completely understandable--but a clear explanation would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, the interaction left a negative impression, and because of that experience, I've decided not to shop there again. Customer service and clear communication matter, and this experience just didn't meet that standard.
