Great selection of pipes and tobacco. Great staff. Will rerun they were very helpful for a newbie pipe smoker.

Lots of interesting gift including a good selection of men's hats. The humidor has a decent selection of cigars along with a broad choice of pipes and pipe tobacco. Just For Him has been around for years and is a good place to smoke a cigar in relative peace read more

Always met with hello and smile. Best selection in town. Prices very competitive!! Always a pleasure

Absolutely loved the shop. Pipe selection and prices were terrific. Staff had some great recommendations and this was a place was truly a man's place to shop at. read more

My boyfriend and I went into just for him, and to say the least we were both blown away, not just by the selection of cigars or gifts, but the customer service here is absolutely unmatched to anywhere else we've been! The staff was amazing not only with hospitality but with suggestions! For people that have tried cigars in friend groups but have never purchased ourselves, they went above and beyond to help us pick out the perfect cigars for our liking! We are definitely looking forward to going back! read more

Found Just for Him a few years ago on a business trip. Now that Southwest MO is part of my "territory" it's a must evening or afternoon stop.... not because of the amazing selection and price point offerings.... but because of the hospitality of the staff and fellow enjoyiers of fine cigars and pipe tabbacco... weather is a shopping grab and go or good ol set visit.... jewel in the crown of the queen city of the Ozarks... read more

Yelp win ! I researched a man Mecca for my man when coming to MO. This place online looked perfect and right up my dude' alley. So many things that can't live up to expectations. This place SURPASSED them. My husband described this place as heaven, amazing hats, kind folks, great cigar selection and literally had everything my husband loves. I looked like an amazing wife for suggesting he stop in. Anything that earns me points I am ALL FOR! There were some incredibly hard to find cigars available for a price 40% lower than online and at other stores. I think this will be the catch all store for all my husband's anniversary/Christmas and birthday presents. Thank you for your great selection , reasonable prices and great employees ! read more

This place is awesome! Great place to buy and smoke cigars, and they have a really cool shop full of sweet guy merch (knives, cigars, Black Rifle Coffee, Fedoras...you know...guy merch). The staff was super nice and helpful, and the clientele is your wonderful, standard cigar lounge bums like me ... probably the most welcoming type of dudes in the world. What I had: - Maduro Leaf by Oscar ... Great smoke and priced nicely under $10. - The Tabernacle Lancero ... Another nice smoke and a good finisher. If you're a cigar smoker and find yourself in Springfield, MO, this is a must stop. Huge thumbs up from Tony Snacks. read more

For the area it is the best spot for a cigar. Solid selection. Small but comfortable lounge area. Friendly environment.

I first stumbled into this place while on a business trip in 2013. Recently, business again took me back to Springfield and I knew I would make this a "must stop" while in town. One of the most challenging aspects of being a roadwarrior is finding something to do in your downtime. This venue fills this need very well. After the last client dinner finished, I headed over and wandered through the humidor, made a couple selections (including some I could not find in Phoenix), and proceeded to light one up and just hangout in the store. Jamie was on that night and we easily killed two plus hours chatting about everything under the sun whilst enjoying a great cigar. Great atmosphere, products, and awesome gift shop. A perfect place to kill some time and, more importantly, make new friends. read more

Just For Him - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Springfield, Missouri

Rude customer service. You can not even pull down your mask to take in the scent of the cigars or other scented items without being attacked by the Employees. Highly uneducated in "the law" when it comes to masks. It is not enforceable by the law. I was forced to leave after the third time trying to find a cigar I liked. Meanwhile 4 gentlemen can sit in the lounge and smoke without masks. Will not be returning. read more

Great place to find the Cigars I was looking for! Friendly, helpful staff and great atmosphere.

Products delivered to Brazil quickly and safely. Fast pre-sales and post-sales service with a personal touch. Lovely staff and I was impressed. My thanks to Amanda (in particular), Christian, Jessica, Waymond, Dan, Phil, Nick, Lauren and Stephanie. read more

Great cigar selection. Recommend them highly. A bit pricey but worth it in my opinion.

This was once a great place to purchase fine cigars. No longer. Over night cigar prices were over inflated by 20% or more. Challenged on this, all the recent social, political, and plague poo poo excuses we're quoted. BS. Unless you have loads of disposable income to burn, stay away from this place. Sad. read more

Tank & the gang offer a great selection of cigars and tobacco products with service and knowledge that is top notch. Grab a smoke, pull up a chair and enjoy local banter in a comfortable environment. Great selection of games, gifts, and hats are available, as well. A must pit stop for the cigar aficianado living or traveling through Springfield MO. read more

This is one of my favorite local businesses! We shop here routinely for unique gifts for our family members and cigars/pipe tobacco. When we got married in 2015, I purchased cigars from this establishment for our cigar bar and they were so helpful in getting me the perfect cigars for the day. They have great staff who are willing to help you with your cigar selection and get you something you will enjoy. They have an incredible selection of cigars and pipes. You could easily spend a day looking at all of the cool pipes they have for sale. They also have a great hat selection. My husband enjoys hats and we often stop in to see what they have. Last weekend he purchased a leather wallet and we will probably be back soon to purchase some of their unique and cool sports related decor for the sport enthusiasts in our family. Love this place! read more

Really love this place, Amanda is a fantastic girl who really tries to pack as much local content as she can in the store. They carry just about anything you could want or need especially in the male grooming department. Their wide verity of beard balms and oils is enough to have you there for an hour debating on your selection "I recommend Mountain Man." Also the selection of soaps, and shampoos are great followed by crafted razors, and shaving items. They also have lots of hats, and novelty items. It's seriously a spot you should hit if you have no clue what to get a guy, because I guarantee you'll find something. My only complaint is that everything smells like cigar smoke, since I personally don't smoke when I buy something "especially clothing" I have to air it out, and wash it a few times before I can wear it; which can suck if you buy a hat. The air is very thick with smoke, and just walking in will make you smell like a cigar for the day... Would be very nice if the out some exhaust fans in especially around the cloths, and hats. read more

I have been shopping at Just For him since Moving here to Springfield, Mo. Jan. 2014. EVERY employee and the Owner's Christian and Jess are the MOST helpful people you could ever hope to encounter. The folks that hang out there in the Cigar shop, are the kindest, warmest, FRIENDLIEST bunch as well. There IS a smoking section, off in the other half of the store, and I have yet to ever encounter anyone less than wonderful. For all your Tobacco needs, and other shopping needs. I can not say enough kind words in regards to these fine folks at Just for him. read more

I don't smoke. I am a obviously a rarity for JFH clientele, but you'd never know it by the way I am treated. Just For Him is the Cheers for cigar fans...and pipe fans, and hookah fans, and fancy lighter fans...this is a great store with a ton of options. Yes, you will smell like a cigar when you leave. I don't know what some of the other reviewers expect from a CIGAR SHOP. They have air filtration systems and will prop open the doors if necessary...but it's going to smell like smoke. You smell like a wood stove when you leave a bbq joint, and you smell like popcorn when you leave the movie theater. It comes with the territory. If you don't like it, stay home and buy online. They have a fully functioning website and ship anywhere. However, if you shop at home from the couch, you will miss out on one of the best parts of JFH: the people. The staff and the 'regulars' are fantastic. Everyone is friendly and willing to share and teach you if you need it. Don't be intimidated--this means you, women! There are female employees too-it's not just the He-Man Woman Hater's Club in there. Like I mentioned, I don't smoke, but I do buy gifts here. They sell everything from tobacco to hats to beard oil (and I wouldn't mind smelling like THAT...their beard oils smell delicious). Humidors, chess sets, globes, canes, and their own specialty blend of coffee from the MudHouse. There is usually a pot made, and if not, you should ask for it. They have lots of special events and celebrations, and you'll leave having made a bunch of friends. Highly recommended! read more

Cool hats, chess boards, poker sets, and other man trinkets on one side... a nice selection. The other side... a pipe and cigar smoker's paradise. They have a nice round table where you can gather with other smoker's, a very large selection of pipes, humidors, and accessories for a wide range of price points. The walk-in humidor (with what I assume are rent-able storage lockers to keep your cigars in if you choose?) isn't as big as I'd like or have the largest selection (which is why I give 4-stars) but the it's not bad and the prices are really good. The service is always friendly and helpful if you have questions... men, go here... women... go buy your man some gifts here. read more

A great source for cigars and pipe tobacco. They have a walk-in humidor with an impressive selection of cigars. A tobacconist on hand for creating a perfect blend of pipe tobacco. A smoking area is available with a small area with a TV. TV needs to be upgraded to a HDTV. A large selection of hats, chess sets, globes and other cool stuff for gifts for men. I even saw a small selection of traditional wet shaving products (i.e. Merkur double edge safety razors, and Col. Conk shaving soaps. A great place and well worth a visit. read more

I have to say that my dad, like many dads, is the hardest person in my family to find a gift for. after I found this place I think I bought the past 20 gifts for him here. It's true that they have a huge selection of cigars and pipes, but they also have just about anything else gift wise that you might want. If you have a dad like mine, this is the place to start shopping. read more

This is a fantastic shop! The employees are great very friendly, cigar selection is also great! I only have one issue with the cigar shop , that is their lounge area! Absolutely zero ventilation, would love to sit down and interact with the people but the lounge is so smoky that it's difficult to see the people sitting in the lounge with you. Now I'm not a whiner but if you get 7-10 people smoking 7-10 different cigars with no ventilation just use your imagination as to the smoke in the room. I for one can't enjoy my cigar with so much smoke that it's hard to breath or even see because your eyes literally start burning! Guys if you would get some great ventilation there is no doubt you are 5 star plus because the location and service is the BEST POSSIBLE! read more

Just For Him is an outstanding Springfield establishment. Walk in humidor with a descent selection of premium and boutique cigars. They also have a good selection of pipes and pipe tobacco. I frequent this establishment and really like the owners. They are a married couple who have a good sense of customer service. The store is divided into two sections. One is the tobacco related items the other is a cool gift shop geared toward men's products. Shaving, hats, chess sets, poker sets etc. Drawbacks - 1) When I go in during the day to grab a cigar or two. I don't care if I was in there for 30 seconds, I come out smelling like a Big Stogie. I will go in for events when I can wear jeans, but have to avoid the place in my work clothes or I stink the rest of the day. 2) I'm not sure but I think if the place had a larger smoking lounge they would tap into a whole other clientele. . I get the sense that some customers don't stick around to smoke at all. Overall the place is an excellent source for a premium Cigar in SW Missouri. read more

I have been going to Just For Him for three years. It is a great location to relax and smoke a cigar or pipe. The environment is super friendly. Everyone from the employees to other customer are always friendly and willing to give their opinions on different products to help others make the right choice. They are a pet friendly location. They allow me to bring my rottweiler in with me while I smoke a cigar. They carry a wide range of products. They have a huge walk in humidor which has several different brands of cigars. They carry everything from Arturo Fuente, to Davidoff, to Quesada, to Zino. If you have any questions the staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They have a large pipe selection and different types of pipe tobacco. Many of the tobaccos can be bought by the ounce and are mixed in store. This makes many of the tobaccos limited to only this store. There is a large selection of accessories. They have cheap nonrefillable lights, Xikar products (with a unlimited lifetime warranty), Davidoff accessories, pipe cleaners, tampers, and many more. The gift side contains a large variety of merchandise. Great hats, humidors, games, walking sticks and many of items that will make a great gift. There is also a great shaving section. Many locally made products in stock. Even though this location is called Just For Him, it is not just for him. Ladies are welcome to join in the festivities. Everyone is welcomed to come in, enjoy a smoke and relax. read more

Exceptional cigar shop with so much more ! Couldn't be more spot on with the recommendations for cigars based on what I like and was looking for ! Would highly recommend asking questions as compared with other shops I've been to they don't mind the wannabe cigar smoker I truly am lmao ! Can't wait to come back and visit again ! read more

Great place to go and have a cigar and hang out. Fair prices and a huge selection in the humidor!

"So there I was traveling the desert with just the clothes on my back and my boy servant Pinpon..." This is the start to just one of the many tales you will here at this unique store. It has everything I guy could want, even a humidor. Yes folk, this place has personality, pizazz, a certain air about it that will be a liking for all. They have pipes, tobacco, cigars, poker tables and accessories, hats, and nicknack's. Plus, if you go by the Yelp! categories the have medical supplies, unless you count the cigars I haven't seen any. Not to mention the people, a very unusual breed. So, if you need a relaxing smoke to burn away your troubles visit JUST FOR HIM, and maybe just maybe you will be lucky and hear a tale or two. read more

This is a fun store to shop in. I've also noticed it is a hang-out for some, although I have never lingered longer than it takes me to pick out a few items. I have purchased gifts here for the holidays, birthdays, and special occasions. I have also made purchases here for myself. I have not been disappointed in any of my purchases here. read more

Whoooo! This is the spot to go to sit and relax and catch a good smoke. Everyone is super friendly. There are two large TVs to watch and free WiFi. read more

I like that I can pick of good shaving supplies locally. I'd almost give it 5 stars but the silly cigar smokers like to come out of the smoke room and wonder. Guy stood by me for literally 10 seconds and next thing you know I smell of cigars the rest of the day. Normally I wouldn't mind but this guy had a rough one. Almost still gets 5 stars. read more

Can you say stereotypical male giftware? There IS an excellent selection of hats. Otherwise, I'd hope that the typical SW MO male has moved past this bunch of "manly" merchandise. I'll bet somewhere in the back they have that pen that you turn upside down for the "lady" to lose her dress. If you are into cigars (why? need more symbolism?) they do seem to have a lot of them. Go here for the hats. Sales help was patient, but I guess we didn't look like serious buyers so they left us alone. Sorry, Kit & Keeton. read more

Every town should have a shop like this. A true gentlemen's store with things your grandfather would have used.

Simply put, a man's "home away from home". I love this place, but if you're not a smoker, you'd probably not. If you need a gift for a guy, this is the best place in town to find it. read more

Absolutely ridiculous! I've spent hundreds of dollars in this store, never once was I told can't smell the product. Why do you have samples of beard oils out if I can't smell them? They were more worried about my mask not being up to my eyeballs. I wore it in, walked up to the sample shelf and smelled various oils "obviously common" the lady didn't mind, never said a word. I here the old guy tell another (that is smelling the tobacco) he has to keep his mask over his face, can't smell the cigars! I grabbed my oils proceed to checkout. He whipped around and told me "your mask has to over your nose and face" which mine was on the bridge of my nose, but that wasn't good enough for him, so shaking my head I pull it up, it fell back to the bridge of nose. He says it again " up is up!!!" I was mad at this point and shouldn't have bought a damn thing! I will no longer step into this building. It's ridiculous how they treat you. Nobody was friendly, nobody would greet you or small talk, they just hover and watch like everybody is a thief. This day in age there's no longer any customer service and this establishment showed it! You can keep your overpriced stuff I'll travel a little more and go to Ozark. read more

This is a great place to buy pipes, tobacco and cigars. There are two areas to sit and enjoy a good smoke with others. There are a lot of regulars and you can always find someone to talk to. The staff is knowledgable and very willing to help you select a new blend for your pipe or new cigar to try. The prices are good and the atmosphere is friendly. read more

Pretty cool little shop for the gents. Decent selection of pipes, cigars, hats, pipe tobacco house blends, and other random guy stuff. There is a lounge in the back that is perfect for spending some time enjoying some good tobacco and some manly conversations. Prices are pretty reasonable. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable when engaged, but slightly disinterested. The shop tends to be a little old-fashioned and caters to older guys, but not a bad place for guys and gals of all ages who appreciate lots of wood, leather and cigar smoke. Not quite on par with shops like Diebel's in Kansas City, but not bad. Not bad at all. read more
