MICE! MICE! MICE!…read more If I could give zero stars I would. Very disappointed in the overall condition of the property. I went up to my unit on the 4th floor and found a heavy mice infestation throughout the entire floor. The minute I stepped out onto the elevator you could immediately smell the urine and dead rodents. Not to mention the traps are out in the open and exposed for all to see. Not only is this severally unsanitary but also very careless my management and Orkin their pest control provider. The mice were sitting on the traps long enough to begin decomposing. Will be closing my account this month.

If I do find them, I'll be eager to see how the business will respond then. Will there be any compensation for being called a liar?

Kat genuinely cares about individuals and their experiences, and understands that being humble goes VERY far when it comes to making a good impression and in return bringing in more business and customers. In general, the storage experience elsewhere is always subpar- with often times rude employees who hate their jobs, dirty spaces, and just overall bad experiences. Kat went above and beyond to handle any issues we had and make things right for us. By far this is BEST storage experience we have ever had, and this is coming from someone who has moved many-a-time. Moving sucks, but Kat & Extra Space made it suck a lot less. The space itself is extremely clean, has an excellent loading bay and is conveniently located off the freeway. The units are clean and well cared for. A+++
