Beware of the price increases. My rent went up from $350 per month to $455 now it's $610. I've only been here for a year and now I'm looking for another place. At this rate it'd be cheaper to rent a house. read more

Juan is such a good worker and very helpful. He responded to my phone call right away. When I came to the facility he was making his rounds on the property and helping customers but that did not stop him from helping me. The facility was very clean and the bathrooms were spotless. I wish I could give it zero stars. They will keep raising your rent until you either move out or are paying more than it would cost to rent a house. I understand a small price increase but a 25% price increase per year is crazy. When I moved in it was around $350 per month. 4 years later and it's over $650 per month. read more

A very humble knowledgeable young lady by the name of Rubi got me situated with the perfect unit. Before I came in I set an alloy for the unit and she also gave me the address and cross streets. Once I got here I was taken care of and loading my belongings into a unit in under 15 minutes. Terrible security. 4 cars came in and out with only one person putting in the access code. My unit was broken into twice in a month. Won't ever rent from them again. Trying to get compensation from the insurance company also a hassle. read more

Fantastic experience! Juan was friendly, helpful and thorough. The tour and check in/ contract took less than 15 minutes. This place is all one level, so no scary dungeon experiences like some of the other public storages in Long Beach. Good rate and my 5x5 is way bigger than 5x5 (very high ceiling). After a couple of stressful weeks looking for a new storage facility I found this one. Lots of drive up access units and I feel the best price for this area. All the other units were $50 or more higher. The things that were important to me are the easy access to unit, cleanliness and security. I feel this place has all those features. A huge thank you to JUAN for helping my boyfriend and I find the perfect sized unit for storage. We came a day before in the pouring rain and he walked in the rain with us just to see it. We left indecisively that day only to return the very next day because of his amazing customer service and friendliness. We are renting from this facility and it has been a great experience all the way around. The management staff were very helpful and courteous. The units are very clean. The facility is clean. Well lit at evening time and each person has their own individual gate code pass. Plus you have to do the gate code again when you drive out. That is a great idea.
