We specifically called the night before to confirm that we would be able to access our unit at 6:00 AM because we needed to retrieve an important item before heading to the airport. We were assured that there would be no problem. The next morning, when we arrived at 6:45 AM, access was denied and we were unable to get our belongings. Being locked out of your storage unit right before a flight is incredibly stressful and unacceptable. The second major issue is the constant rent increases. After only a few months, our rate was increased by approximately $40. Then, after being loyal customers for over two years, we were hit with another increase of nearly $120 per month. These price hikes feel excessive and unfair, especially considering there were no noticeable improvements to the facility or services. Customer service has been inconsistent, communication is unreliable, and the pricing structure feels like a bait-and-switch. They get you in with one rate and then continue raising it over time. They put careful consideration in every aspect to enhance a renters living experience. From the front door to the parking lot. They go all the way not cutting corners in providing excellent customer service when it comes to follow ups And repairs when necessary. And Justin his right hand is sincere and he seems to manage all aspect and shows a lot of consideration in safety. Especially for the single mothers or individuals renting alone. He is very approachable and has the skills and knowledge to meet the needs of the community. And Ann office staff holds the fort and is amazing at knowing the answers to most concerns. Then when I walked in to rent the unit, Kim was awesome. She has to have worked there for years because she sure does know her stuff. She went through the contracts/paperwork in full detail as well. I was lost at certain points but she had no problem repeating information for me. Both ladies are very friendly. I have not met Vanessa in person, but I must say I do enjoy smileys in emails. :) Kim was chatting it up during my paperwork session. There was a Tom Hanks movie filmed here! The name of the movie escapes me at the moment, but I'm sure you'd be able to google it. Storage units have easy access. Units are well lit. Clean facility. No critters crawling around or anything. Each unit lit from inside, and with optional electrical connections. You have the option to store stuff that needs to be plugged in (extra $25 per month). You also have the option to add 24 hour access to your unit (extra $55 per month). General contract allows for access between 6am and 8pm all 7 days. That's plenty time. They send email reminders about payment due dates (roughly a week notice). There is a 10 day grace period for payment just in case mail is slow or whatever.

Don't rent here unless you want the worst service of you life.
